My battery died and the connection was corroded, the parts manager D not only replaced the battery and connection, but also cleaned all the corrosion away, past the end of his shift just to make sure I wasn't stranded. Better service than ever expected.
After my battery died, I went to auto zone to get it changed out and was greeted by very friendly workers. Darin diagnosed my issue and changed out my battery with excellent service! Thank you so much for everything!
Unprofessional to solve my battery warranty problem. Knowing that the battery was wrong, it did not do the right thing to solve my problem. I had to call my mechanic so that he could call a manager from another store to explain how he could solve the problem.it was solved but almost impossible for a person who has no experience in this.a great reason not to return to this store
My husband took his car there for a suspected bad battery on Sunday 7/2. The Technician said it was not the battery but an electrical fault that was draining the battery so took it to a mechanic and paid $150 for diagnostics only to be told that the battery is bad. Very disappointing.
Update. Juan Area Manager called and resolved for us. Great response.
Darren took care of me for clearing my codes, made it quick and easy. Very nice guy, highly recommend going to him. Thank you Darren.
Would like to thank Darren for going that extra mile and assisting us with troubleshooting our company truck, then literally unstacking an entire pallet of batteries in an attempt to find the right one for our vehicle. He then dialed in the closest location and had a replacement option for us, and put the truck back on the road before missing any shift time. He was very courteous, efficient and communicative.
These guys do their very best. Customer service is good they listen to your needs and get you the help you deserve. Great team

This was an incredible experience! Went there to purchase a headlight bulb, and Darren melted me find the right one AND actually replaced it for me! Wow! Will definitely be returning to this store! Great service!

My auto battery died at Lowes. I walked to AZ. They loaned me a jump box. I jumped my car, drove to the AZ, purchased a new battery, installed it, and they even loaned me the tools. Great customer service. I will be back for my auto needs. Thank you guys, you're the best!
Today I came in with a break light out the night before my long trip for Christmas. Darren and the cashier were so friendly and helpful. They helped me find the bulb I needed and Darren installed my light for me.

My previous experience with Auto Zone was excellent but as always, it depends on the employee attending you. This time it was not the best
Unprofessional treatment on customers. I even say hi to one of the staff, thought he remembered me, but didn't get a response back. He just looked at me and keep on. A lady asked me about my vehicle, looking at me like I’m dumb. My advice treat everybody fairly.
