Tim is the man! In 5 minutes flat he saved my Halloween night with a rear tail light replacement! Quick and professional!

Tim came out and helped me with my lights, he took time out of his busy job and work life just to help me. Tim deserves a huge raise and is a great man, Pasadena Autozone you have a great employee named Tim.

Hakim was very friendly, professional and made getting a new battery installed a 15 minute breeze. You can’t put a value on premium customer service. A+

Lazy Lazy Workers! Needed my 2009 Nissan Rogue light replaced and employee claimed he “hurt” himself on the last car he did so he won’t be helping me with mine + told me they clipped something from last time which is not true because i’m at my mechanic now and he claims nothing is wrong and fixed it within 5 minutes. Dont promote that you can replace headlights if your workers are scared. Ridiculous.

I came in today really needing a battery. It was really busy but Samira helped me out right away and did a great job installing it.

Simara and her team saved my day and got my car up and running within minutes of pulling up. This is the only store. I’ll go to the rest of my life. Thank you for the help today.

Akim was amazing! He took the time to install new windshield wipers on mine and my parent’s cars and replaced both air filters on mine, even though it was at the end of his shift. Absolutely recommend going to this autozone!

It seems like they always have what I need when I go here. It doesn't matter if it's a common item of something I'm sure I will have to spend a lot of time hunting for. They have it! Very helpful staff and competitive pricing on everything.

Was greeted promptly by a young lady, only to be shouted over by a manager whom was so far behind the counter that she didn't even have a chance to help me. I don't need mansplaing on fuses, I ran radio shack for 20 years. So me being female and a veteran took my money elsewhere.

I went into the store because I needed a turn signal bulb in the back of my Buick. Hakeem was extremely helpful got me the right bulb and help install it right there in the parking lot wonderful service professional kind and friendly.
