We worked with Ace Hardware through a business account for almost a year, our original sales rep would help us with our supplies needed at a discounted rate that was pitched to us for having a business, wow that’s great! Well! Come recently we are issued a new business person Beth and says she can no longer honor this price, and proceeds to tell me that the prior business sales person was let go due to stealing from the company.how is this our business or our problem? The director BILL calls me today that he is the one who said no to the rate we were getting and oh well sorry, we are the customer who has been providing business and loyalty to Ace Hardware and as a local small business and just basic customer service, you honor the price especially when its been for literally almost a year. Bill was talking over us and very rude and just condescending from the beginning. Save yourself time and avoid ace hardware avalon! There’s plenty of hardware stores and we do not recommend this location

Young lady was of great assistance and very knowledgeable in helping us fulfill our DIY list to include grass feed, stucco repair, wood floor repair and stucco washer fluid.

The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. Got 10 bags of solar salt for my water softener and made use of the fall savings of $1 off per bag.

Horrible experience! I purchased item August 28 For $2.99 came back 2 days later with original receipt and now they only want to give me 0.70 cents the item still unopened. Unbelievable scamming customers. Do your self a favor and just drive to Home-depot or Lowe’s.

They had exactly what I was looking for and were very helpful in providing guidance on how and when to apply the lawn care item.

First time at harbor freight, felt like a kid at a candy store. Great prices on tools and great quality stuff. Ended up spending more than I planned bc there were so many good deals I couldn't pass up!

They welcome everyone but me, say "thank you, have a good day" to everyone but me. Once could be an oversight but multiple times? I think they have contempt for my ethnicity (East Indian) ; the Hispanic and Caucasian female cashiers always scowl at me while they heartily greet the whites, blacks and Hispanics with effervescence. I feel unwelcome so I will take my business elsewhere.

Ever want to go to home depot but are too lazy to drive? Youre in luck! This is like a home depot lite. All of the essentials of a hardware store without all the hassle of driving to titusville or waterford lakes. 8/10 will visit avain.

The staff was very friendly. They helped me find some parts I needed and double checked for me to make sure I was purchasing the right ones. I will be go back in the future if Im need of any hardware.

I love ace hardware. This is a great place, they have everything from grills to cook out to plants and of course hardware too. You can also get keys made here as well. Love it!
