The lady in the front that answers the phone is very rude & snotty always has a attitude… also made me drive all the way to this place just to tell me the lady that does alterations would tell me now don’t go here wouldn’t recommend

Do not come here! Front desk lady is just absolutely rude! I Came here for the first time to have 2 comforters cleaned, asked for the price and she didn’t know the exact price and didn’t have a list of the prices. She charged me the wrong amount, and I had to swipe my card twice, she was not apologetic and had an attitude when I questioned about it. I pay for it, but after leaving the place I decided to take a look at other places, which had lower prices and were so much nicer than the lady at this place. So I decided to go back 15 min later and ask for a refund and Nikita asked why, and I explained that I really didn’t like the customer service and was going to take my stuff to a different place and requested a refund. Then she got annoyed and said that would not be possible because she didn’t know how to process a refund. I asked to call her manager and ask for instructions to do a refund, the manager & owner is on the phone and is just as RUDE and said she would not give instructions to her employee through the phone and if I wanted a refund I should wait until Monday. Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not recommend this place at all.

I’m responding to your comment on my previous review. You and your front desk lady Nikita are very rude and have no sense of customer service. I’m not the only one with this opinion, since MANY other reviews mention how RUDE you BOTH are. And I have NEVER been to another establishment where the person that charges you is unable to give a refund when it is necessary, your argument is invalid. You should be apologetic about you POOR customer service instead of creating untruthful arguments against customers.

I am so happy I took my wedding gown to Avalon cleaners. They are a very respectful business and did an amazing job with my dress. My dress was so dirty and stained and they removed everything! Recommend they’re service of wedding gown cleaning 100%!

Brought my wedding dress here to get cleaned, the owner was super helpful and communicative. She sent me pictures to keep me updated on how it was coming along. It was quick and well priced for what was done.

Absolute scam artists. Did not give a refund after clothes were not cleaned correctly. The owner did not warn us prior the services were wanted would not work. Or else we would not have left them.
Took the clothes and gave us our ticket after we asked how it could be cleaned.

I didn’t trust getting my wedding dress cleaned by just anyone. Avalon park cleaners did an amazing job! They were super pleasant as well. So worth it!

I brought my wedding dress here to be cleaned and preserved. The owner sent me pictures of my dress before boxing it for me and was accurate with the timing she had said for it to be done. Thank you

Brought in clothes for “wash and fold” services- clothes came back still dirty and extremely wrinkled. I paid $75 (in cash) for clothes that are still dirty and wrinkled- for what? I tried to address it with the owner but she hung up the phone on me. I had used this cleaners before and they were wonderful but never again. To the owner- Consider the $75 (but $140 total for their services which now I understand why you wanted only in cash) as a donation to your establishment and to everyone else- consider this review as a warning to go elsewhere.

Amazing quality on wedding gown cleaning and preservation worth every cent. Owners are kind and understanding. If you are looking for gown preservation or cleaning or BOTH I would definitely recommend. Attached are pictures of the preserved gown as well as before and after pictures of cleaning.

I brought in my 45 year old wedding gown to see if it could be restored. It was pretty bad off, yellowed and I didn't have much hope. I want to have it deconstructed and made into my grandchild's christening gown. I'm so happy with how it turned out! It looks brand new, all the little details clean and bright, no signs of dirt or yellowing. Thank you SO much!

If you are looking to get your wedding dress cleaned – look no further! I am truly impressed with how my dress turned out! I wish I had taken a before picture…after my wedding, we went downtown and kept the party going. We danced at bars and walked to our hotel-my dress dragging along on the floor the entire time. The ends of my dress were almost black they were so dirty! I am amazed at how they have gotten every spec of dirt/grime off of my dress! Now I want to wear it again! Truly an amazing company AND all their work is done in-house so you don’t ever have to worry about where your dress is or getting it lost. The staff is also extremely friendly. I showed up at 6: 00 PM, the time that they close. The woman working held the door open for me an encouraged me to come in anyway. She is so sweet and made me feel so comfortable leaving my dress in their hands. Their pricing is also very affordable! Support your small businesses and look no further. I can’t recommend them enough. A+

I absolutely love how my wedding dress came out! Best customer service ever! They were able to sew on my lace on the wedding dress and lighten my mothers 35 year-old wedding dress! I am very impressed with their service, especially during the COVID-19 crisis.

I'm absolutely amazed the way my dress came out! I had a barn wedding and the bottom of my dress was black. It looks brand new all over again! They did an amazing job and I'm so happy of the result!

Terrible. They can never explain the costs per item. I just spent 20 minutes in a round robin discussion with an employee who had to run my transaction multiple times. A jacket is $8.50, unless it is linen, or cotton, or polyester. What is the up charge of it is lined? She didn’t know. Why did my jackets ring up $11.50? She didn’t know. You won’t find a price sheet in the store or online. I have multiple times brought the exact same items, and every time I pay a different price. Besides the pricing nightmare, the hours are terrible. 8-6 on weekdays doesn’t work for me. Limited hours on Sat and not open at all on Sunday. I also added a photo of my white jacket with a huge wrinkle right across the breast. I can’t wear it like that so now I have to figure out how to press a wrinkle out of a jacket I paid $11.50 to get dry cleaned. Inconvenient hours, unpredictable pricing, and shoddy work. Unless that is what you were hoping for, go somewhere else.

I’ve been using Avalon dry cleaners for 11 years now after my first couple visits the owner remembered my name as well as The items I had brought in, still to this day greets me by name when I walk in and grab my items right away. We also use them for tailoring often. The tailoring is spot on whether it’s jeans or a prom dress they’ve always gotten it just right. They are very detail oriented, personable and professional. So nice there’s still a business around where customer service and professionalism are top priority!
