The staff at night is very rude! Don’t waste your time and your money, Don’t even come to this hotel

Me and my wife booked an executive room with a jacuzzi weeks in advance only to be told at check in they were over booked for those rooms. We were told it was “good news” because we were paying less for a room with out a jacuzzi…we were offered a $15 credit that we didn’t even use because it would get charged to the room first and then credited… I didn’t trust it so we didn’t use it…the room that they did give us was clean and nice…the pool was nice… continental breakfast can be bigger…not sure if we will be coming back…we were pretty bummed we didn’t get the room we originally booked in advance…

First time coming here for my Birthday and we get a filthy room with mold in the 14th floor everything looked so ratchet and old.the smell of the room was horrible, the tub was dirty felt like we were in a dirty motel! The lines to check was also horrible 1 hour and 30 to get our room, on top of that we reserved a king and was given a queen and front desk lady told us "well you can put the 2 queen beds together! Honestly it's not worth the price the only good thing it had was the location! That's it the rooms are filthy, tv was working. I regret booking here such a horrible stay. I don't recommend

I booked this hotel for a one night stay based on the location, and the location was perfect for what we had planned. The hotel room on the other hand was full of black mold. The staff was very accomodating at first and "upgraded" us to a handicap room. All we planned to use the room for was to sleep, and we are not picky. The second room also had mold. I tried multiple times to contact the front desk to let them know, however it was busy everytime. We had reservations and just didn't have time to make a big deal of it and switch rooms again. We did however tell both maintenance and housekeeping the room contained mold. When we woke up in the morning our heads were pounding from the smelll. At check out we let them know about the mold and showed them photos. No one was suprised and I'm confident they are aware of the mold issue throughout the motel, especially after reading recent reviews. They even asked what we would like them to do? Call housekeeping? The entire hotel needs to be remediated. We were not looking for a refund because we stayed in the room, but Roan was super rude when I explained the details of our room. A few other things you may want to be aware of. There are no comforters, minimal towels, and people stay up all night long and argue outside the motel. If you need assitance you need to physically walk to the office and wait in long lines to even speak to someone, since the phone rings busy non stop. When someone got a shower in the room that was up against our room water poured into our bathtub as well.

Staff was Great, lobby was retro & it smelled amazing but the rooms were so outdated, it had no personality. The bed was the only thing that felt inviting and homely. All the other furniture was cold & hard and the room smelled like a warm chlorined pool.

Every time my companion go here we are never disappointed, we encountered a few riff raffs smoking and being loud, but a quick call down to the office and everything was fine. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, it's conviently located near all of the attractions on international drive, overall its a cool place to go for a little getaway or a place to take your family, I recommend Avant international resorts

Really nice outside space, the pool area was amazing, water was very clean, it was quiet but the hotel let it down, we only had a maid come over once in 8 days, we had to keep asking for towels and the rooms are old and lots of things broken which can be dangerous (plugs hanging off the wall).

This hotel is awful.the rooms are barely clean, and uncomfortable. The noise level is very very noisy. There's a highway near by and the cars are loud, my family didn't even get any sleep. Along with that, the staff are horrible. They're very slow to act if there's an issue, and take forever. For example, the cafe workers took about 49 minutes to get us just 3 bagels and a coffee. They love to talk lot, but don't even do their job. The smell is also horrible. This hotel is the most awful hotel I've ever stayed at! Don't waste your money

Subpar hotel with poor concierge customer service. Had an ongoing issue with our room not being cleaned properly that was never addressed during our stay of 4 days in November 2021.

Imani, in maintenance deserves 5 stars himself for going above and beyond for my family when we needed help during our stay! Needed some help from maintenance on our last night and he was very prompt and very helpful, he even brought us fresh towels since housekeeping was out for the night. We appreciate his prompt service and kind manner!

I don’t usually do reviews but I give it one star because it’s the lowest the staff was friendly and location on the strip was perfect that’s about it…me and my family booked months ago for a family trip I always pick good hotels this isn’t a hotel nor resort it’s a MOTEL it says smoke free but out on the room walkway people was smoking cigarettes the photos that are posted are miss leading for one we had little bugs in the bathroom the tub slow drain bathroom very small! Not what we paid for should’ve had a glass shower and clean room as pictures shown I changed my room three times the first room I had a spider on my pillow and bugs in the bathroom second room smelled like mold and didn’t have the security lock and the third also had bugs the shower curtain has mold a public hair was on the towel rack (wish I could upload the video to show them crawling around) had towels but no wash cloth floors was dirty my cousins room they didn’t have a remote to the tv they gave them one that didn’t work I didn’t review while I was there but very disappointing I wish I could get at least half of my money back

This is my regular hotel to stay when visiting Orlando. The front desk clerks are the best, great customer service to the max.

All the motel rooms (yes motel rooms) smell horrible - like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time and have mold/mildew. I left after the first night and switched to a hotel.

Do NOT stay here. It says resort but it is definitely a motel. First of all, the customer service was trash. The lady at the front desk definitely did not want to be there and it clearly showed. That didn’t bother me too much. I can deal with that, but when we got to the room, we were disgusted. It was soooo dirty. The pictures were incrediblyyyy deceiving. This hotel is the definition of a catfish. Right when my husband and I walked in, we started looking for another hotel to book ASAP. Not only was this place gross, but trying to sleep was a nightmare as well. At midnight, the phone in our room was ringing off the hook. Every time we answered, they hung up. We called the front desk and they told us it was probably an accident but it happened about 10 times and one of those times it sounded like the lady from the front desk and she just said “oh sorry” and hung up.

You can hear EVERYTHING outside your room btw. After the phone call incident, around 1am, we hear about 5 kids running up and down the hall screaming and playing tag. It literally sounded like they were inside the room with us. That’s how clearly we could hear everything going on outside. It was horrible.
