This place is Horrible, they only have 1 person for renewal and 1 person to do the rest like tittle transfer etc hired more people stop been so cheap and provided your employees better customer services they need to know how to treat people keep in mind we all paying for the services is not free. And also stop with the scam you not letting people use credit or debit cars for transactions higher then $40 bucks good way to scam the IRS with only cash payments stay away for this people or see it your self.

Is just annoying how the old lady on window 3 take the longest time to solve 1 customer they were talking since I got here like 40 mins a go, talking about la Tia la mama and personal stuff come one! We expect respect form this serious place!

Bring CASH if you are getting a service that costs less than $40. They also charge 4% more if you use a credit card. THIS SHOULD BE ON THEIR WEBSITE! Did receive courteous service from a young woman. Long lines. Be prepared to wait!

Total fraud, they over charged for vehicle registration by adding a $10 fee that’s not on the receipt.

Worst tag agency. The customer service is horrible. The line is ridiculous, and the staff curses at customers. Definitely better off at another tag agency.

Terrible experience, only 3 women serving and slow, they do everything reluctantly, they are bitter, they are despots, rude, they did not respect even the elderly. How can they have people like that? Do they work forced?

There are too many employees and only 4 attend to each other, they attend with patience. I was stopped for more than 1 hour and I did not advance the line, terrible place

Way better than any other I been to, especially if you are dealer easy and convenient! Wish all of them work like this one or better! Maybe one day I will find it and let people know!

Will never go back to this location. Wait time in the middle of the month during the day (3pm arrival) was 1 hour standing in line. They either don’t have enough resources or the people that were sitting in back should be helping the customers. Terrible.

These people are desperate! I've been in line for over an hour. They are only attending windows 2,3 and 4.3 women, one more bitter than the other!
It seems that they work by obligation, or for free.
Terrible attitude, they treat everyone badly.
Please train your staff, being nice costs nothing. Enough with being in line for almost two hours to be treated horrible! As if we were asking them for a favor…
And if they don't want to work, they can go home.

Fast and convenient but not really big on customer service experience. Corinna was very unfriendly and had an attitude while assisting me.

All of them are rude. I was trying to get a duplicate of my handicap permit (still valid for another 5 months) and they said that I needed to go back to my doctor go get another application. My doctor said no! They must give a duplicate since the original was still valid.

Update: after returning with the application that according to the first person it was necessary to give me a duplicate, another clerk on the same tag agency said to me “I’m sorry this form was not necessary since the handicap permit is still valid” HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ALL OF THEM SO DISRESPECTFUL!

The queue was about 20 minutes, everything was done and processed. A very pleasant and polite African-American woman served me within 5 minutes. It’s amazing how quickly everything is processed in the USA I hope it wasn’t expensive, otherwise I don’t know the prices. Thank you again!

I wouldn’t want to be helped by any other team than the team they have at aventura auto tag. Very professional and welcoming employees as well as a very fast service to get you In and out with all your needs in no time. Would highly recommend anyone that needs help with tags or renewals to come here without a doubt.
