I was pre-registered and called to verify my appointment. The waiting room and admission followed all the CDC guidelines. The technician who did my mammagram was friendly, kind, and professional. I felt very comfortable with her during the whole process.

While at the hospital I was on 3 floors. My 9th floor visit was where I met Luz, and several other staff members. When I started bleeding profusely, the staff professionalism and calmness kepte from panicking. Their quick action got me the help I needed.
The 6th floor is where I met Dr. Kamaha, Dr. Mark and the other physicians (sorry I forgot some names, there were 6 doctors and a number of nurses) who were putting me on the road to recovery. Nurse Bella, a caregiver with a ready smile kept me feeling secure in my surroundings. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I am so thankful to these people.
My last stay was on Floor 7, I only spent one evening and morning there. JoVanna was my nurse, she helped emphasize my need to read carefully my instructions of departure. The dietary staff were so kind as well.
I recommend this hospital to any who need help. I have not ever experienced this type of care in any hospital. Your staff is well chosen and work smoothly together. Thank you for saving my life, and helping me to recover. I most surely appreciate your time and efforts.

First I had trouble finding the place of my examination the operator only informed me the address but did not give me details of which building or offices should go second at the time of my examination they gave me to take a liquid (contrast) after the examination I do not know He told me that I should wait a while until I evacuated completely Third I drove my way home totally wrong I had to stop at the nearby publix supermarkets on the way to my apartment I suffered dizziness I felt very bad I think in the future I recommend bringing hydrating liquids and wait a reasonable time in the hospital not all of us have the physical condition for some exams thank God I didn't evacuate in my car is all I can say about my visit to the hospital

Aventura hospital has changed dramatically over the years and not for the best. I was recently there for an Emergency and the amount of time wasted not only was absurd, but I was still sent home in excruciating pain. The place is grimy. The triage room where I was placed had blood stains on the examination table. The doctor who walked in asked me to lay down there and I mentioned the blood stains and he goes “we can use this blanket”, the blanket was dirty and had been picked up from a nearby chair-clearly used-and this is during Covid Pandemic times. The room temperature was warm and smelled dirty. The bathrooms inside the ER has sticky floors and all seem disorganized with multiple doctors walking back and forth and nothing getting done. There were lines and lines of sick people who appeared indigents crowding the halls. No control and actual flies inside the examinations rooms. My room had the dirtiest A/C vents I had ever seen and the counters looked stained and un sanitized. I was afraid to touch surfaces as all was gross looking- I don’t know if this is just an ER issue but is a real nightmare. Never removed my clothes in fear I would touch a contaminated surface. I asked if they had Covid
patient near and they said, “yes, like 7 ” and yet these unsanitary conditions. It’s beyond me. Never again.

The treatment was amazing and beyond that. All the nurses that took care of him all treated him with respect. Especially, nurse Gaelle she took care and help him with all she could. She explained everything thoroughly to understand everything that was given to him. The patient name is Chenet Georges

Getting dialysis is never easy. I was stressed, scared, and nervous. This was my first time after the catheter surgery. I can’t tell you how amazing the staff were. They were so respectful. They were accommodating and compassionate. They made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions. They were so patient. Truly, I am a hard person to please and they went above and beyond, making this difficult time as easy and as enjoyable as possibly can be. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My recent visit to Aventura hospital was very horrible the Nurse and tech was nice but the doctors was just rude didn’t care how I was feeling I told them I’m in pain it hurt to go to the bathroom but they didn’t care kept telling me “oh you can come home “ and asking me “do you live around here “ I just felt like it was very rude then they day I was getting discharged the doctor told the nurse I was having surgery which was a big lie cause no one discuss anything about surgery so I went that whole day with no food or drinks then after 4: 30 pm the doctor finally came and said “ oh there’s no surgery you can go home since that day I’ll never go back to aventura hospital again they didn’t want to actually treat me or do anything went to another hospital and had to do surgery cause if was big and I was in pain and this hospital actually doing there job

On behalf of my wife, we would like to express our most sincere appreciation for the services provided by the ER nurse Mrs. Danielle Karp RN. My wife was admitted at the hospital last Saturday May 22nd, but she had to pass through ER before. Mrs. Karp showed to be very caring and attentive to our needs during 3-4 hours that we spent at the ER room. Very high level of professionalism and experience besides her young age. I Was treated with care and compassion by the Aventura Hospital doctors and nursing staff, no one likes going to a hospital but it's always nice to be attended to by a grade (A+) staff of professionals.

The doctors and the students were helpful and professional the service was excellent I would recommend them to anyone

Central scheduling is terrible. They don’t answer phones and when, they do leave you on the phone for long period of time. Most of them are rude, not profesional. I spent almost 2 days trying to schedule procedure.

I understand there was a trauma the night i was there but my bloodwork never got done, the communication between triage, lag and xray were horrible and The Attending was about to do unnecessary tests. I work in healthcare and although the staff were really nice the whole experience was upsetting

I was supposed to come twice because the secretary did not find the prescription from my doctor but she had it and only a day after they called me that they found it.
