6 EVERYTIME I'VE RENTED FROM THEM IT'S BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING, THIS TIME I HAD 2021 ACURA RDX. THE CAR WAS AS CLEAN AS CAN BE, GREAT ON GAS BUT I WAS MOSTLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PANORAMA SUN ROOF! GIOVANI IS ALWAYS COOL AND HE REALLY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS FROM WHAT I SEEN. ONCE AGAIN I WILL ALWAYS RENT THROUGH THEM. LOVE YOU GUYS!

Not enough personal work the counter to help customers only one and I was standing in line gor over 30 minutes
Stood 1 hour in line for my rental. Once it was my turn manager Giovanna told me I couldn’t get the car due to the low rate I had paid.
After arguing that she then proceed to tell me I couldn’t rent the car because it was booked from Europe and I didn’t have a European license. After showing her my European license she told me I couldn’t rent it because I didn’t have an American license. After showing her my American license she just refused to rent out the car to me because I live in 2 countries.

The truck I had was great. The young lady that helped me was great. But when I had to renew the rental for a third time, because my truck was still not repaired; Avis doubled my rate! My truck is still being repaired. Unfortunately I can not afford the new rate so I will be forced to turn to another rental agency.
Didnt have the car i was suppose to get. Took to long to get my money back. A very bad experience.

My car wasn't available at the time of pick up, but the gentlemen offered me an upgrade at a reduced price. I was told I needed to bring the car back by a certain time (12pm) and if I didn't use the sunpass, I wouldn't be charged. The service at pick up was fast and courteous. They asked me to leave a 5* review a few times, and, at the time, it was warranted.
Until check out. I picked up the vehicle at 11: 15am and dropped it off at 11: 40am 2 days later. I was charged a full 3rd day for the car and unused sunpass. I told the woman at the front and she said there was nothing she can do and I'd have to call customer service. You can't ask someone multiple times to leave a 5* review if you're not going to provide 5* service.
