4Car was ready when i got there, guy attending was super nice and my experience was smooth. Will be renting here again.
If I can give minus stars I definitely would. The most rude disrespectful man works at this branch and he would guarantee that you would not get a rental today. First he said he can't accept my pay check to get the discount. After a long call with customer service he was forced to accept the pay check. Then he checked my credit score and my debit card and said I don't have enough credit balance on my debit card. I showed him my card and said I have enough money and still said he can't give me the car.
Also he asked me not to come to Avis again! Avis out did their customer service again!
PS: I called their airport branch to ask whether they accepting pay checks for the discount they said "of course".
2 weeks after my rental was returned with gas and no damage, my card was charged for tolls I didn't incur! Xavier, I need a case number.
Poor service, the owner refused to give me a car when he saw I paid online. He said there is no car available and asked me to cancel my order and go to the airport. After 60 minutes, I decided to call the customer service and ask for help. Then, all of a sudden, he found a car (I was standing next to the counter, no car was returned in the last 60 minutes).
