Avis Car Rental, Cape Coral FL

The van we rented was extremely srachted inside aa well as outside with what appeared to be a blood stain or ketchup in the back ceiling it seamed they had no wish to detail it before they sent it on to VA with us on the van only had 1600 miles

I have never had a problem getting a vehicle at this location, even with short notice and a limited vehicle supply because of being tourist/snowbird season. They clean the cars well and make sure you're happy with your rental. They are very accommodating to your needs. The staff here are helpful and kind.

The service was good and the people were helpful but the vehicles the last 2 times have been filthy and sticky inside. More pride needs to be taken in the vehicles that they offer and the interior really needs to be cleaned better. It is really hard to enjoy the rental process when you have to go though and clean parts of the interior so that it is not sticky and gross.

Car good, service as well. Prepaid the car for my son which resulted in mandatory adding one additional driver as credit card and driver license mismatch. Just a hustle…

Sadly they had no cars with several people waiting. No one bothered to ket us know. We finally did get a car and had to fill up since tank was half full. Not sure I would count on getting a car from this location.

DeMaris, Vicky and Reggie are wonderful to work with. You won't find a team that tries harder in South West Florida. They really try to get the perfect car for you every time! I am delighted to rent from Avis and I enjoy myself every time I visit the Cape Coral location.

Avis provided an excellent experience. Locations for pickup and drop-off were efficient. Pleasant customer service reps at the pickup location, airport, and bus driver to the airport.

The staff at this place is top notch. Vickie and Reggie were super helpful and super friendly. They are rockstars at customer service and my experience was very pleasant because of them.

Made reservation days in advance, they just called me (1 hour prior to pick-up) and said there were no cars available. Sick!

The Avis employees were very nice, however, the car was only 5/8th full of gas which was an inconvenience. I had to fill up the tank before I started my trip as I was traveling at night with limited chance to find a gas station and would not have made it to where I was heading without filling up. It’s the little things that could have made the trip easier for me. Frustrating for any customer that is on a schedule let alone at chairman club member. The drop off employees were also very nice. The car was clean and price was very fair.

This place is awful. Extremely rude employees who are on their high horse. Rented a car at different locations several times with no issues, but this location wouldn’t let me because I was using my debit card. I’ve used my debit card with all previous reservations with no issues. Absolutely no reason for their rude and pettiness behavior.

Just say you have nothing available instead of making us fill everything out and find out you have nothing
