Jose was fantastic. There was no pressure to buy and it was a truly enjoyable buying experience

I have been trying for the last 3 months to cancel and receive the refund for the extended warranty I was pushed into buying when closing my deal.

Upon contacting the bank I was told I should have been told it was not mandatory and I could request cancellation and refund. I have paid my finance in full, contacted the bank for refund of warranty and was referred to Avis Car Sales as they were the ones charging me for this.

Called Avis and the advisor confirmed refunding the amount, but only asked for my name, didn't send me anything, no confirmation, no form, nothing. Said I would get a check by mail which never arrived - 3 months past.

Called the warranty company and they told me it must be refunded by Avis Car sales.

2 weeks now trying to talk to someone but no follow up.
Multiple texts and calls but advisors don't reply or say they will send it to finance who doesn't reply.was put on hold for 25minutes yesterday on my latest attempt to get help with it.

Great salesman Will. Twice was over-charged by finance dept.out the door cost and taxes (should be 7%).

WARNING! Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. Very dishonest! Make promises to make the deal and don’t follow through. They add warranties and packages to the deal and tell you it’s not optional.

Jose was great to deal with and did everything he could to make sure I was happy. Finance took a really long time but overall I’m happy with the experience
