Only giving a star to get seen. I wouldn’t give this company the time of day. I have spent three weeks, 20+ phone calls to resolve a problem they created and no one is getting back to me. Run far away from this company.

Junior was great! So sweet! Had me take my time to choose the car that was right for me. I had an appointment to get to in the evening so I came back the next day after thinking it over. There was no pressure for me to make my decision before I left. The next day was Junior's day off but he came back in to assist me. Austin was great as well with all of the paperwork. The manager made sure I was happy and one of the other sales associates even assisted with transferring the items from the trunk of my trade-in to my new car. Will definitely be back.

I left feeling they were close mouth about a lot of things. Test drive was to short and didn't allow you to really get a feel of the vehicle. Sort of un- satisfied, but only have myself to blame. Be very mindful if you go there.

All around great experience with Austin and overall the best time I’ve had looking at/buying a car. I would highly recommend this place to anyone as there was no rush or pressure and I was able to go at my own pace for the whole process.

The Tampa location was great. The staff was friendly and there were no hidden fees or surprises. The cars were great quality with better prices than other places, especially dealerships. Super easy financing. Highly recommend!

In two years we have purchased two different vehicles from Austin and Avis. Without a doubt the greatest car buying experience that myself or my fiance has ever had in our lives! We have been thrilled with the vehicles, we have been thrilled with the prices that we've paid and we would both highly recommend shopping for a vehicle here and have done so with our families.

Unfortunately, I wasted my time going to 'name brand car dealers' before I came to Avis Car Sales. Avis is by far honest and up front with their car pricing, service fees; and a 12 month warranty. The 'name brand dealers' add as much as $3500+ in fees, gave very low trade in $$, and NO Warranty for a used car - so they can push another $2500 Service Warranty on the car buyer. One service warranty included 'Free Oil Changes for 5 years that I would need to drive 27 miles to get the oil change.
I greatly appreciate the Honest pricing and upfront negotiations I received from Avis Car Sales, and I received an excellent car for me.

If you have been looking for a car, and felt like swimming in a shark tank, you will find a better place here. These guys are great, Khalid & Sebastián are super helpful. We got a good deal in our car, and their service was excellent.

Purchase a vehicle November 12th 2021 it is now January 23rd 2022. I have yet to receive a title for this vehicle so I can register it. Have emailed the sales rep many times and spoke to the manager of the facility they are now not responding to me. I have contacted the corporate office I'm afraid I'm going to end up having to sue for a refund because nobody can tell me when the title will arrive I now have a $40,000 lawn ornament.
Buyer be warned make sure they have the title to the vehicle before you purchase.
I am not sure why they would even sell vehicles without having the title on hand.

Had been looking at buying a vehicle for a couple months and decided to checkout avis. When I went in there I spoke with Rv Ramirez and told him what I exactley wanted. They ended up not having it at there location but found one in palm Beach he went out of his way to go get the vehicle and drive it back that day for me too look at. And when I was concerned about a couple things I asked if he could bring it to the Ford dealership to just have it double checked since the warranty was still good and everything checked out. Best car salesman I have worked with RV made the whole car buying experience a breeze will definitely get my business again.

I felt so comfortable here especially after a couple days of car shopping at other places. Avis had the best deals and also the kindest salesperson, Austin. The manager and other staff there were also kind. They even looked for my lost key. Austin also picked me up because I had to drop off a car. I felt absolutely no pressure or felt rushed to make a decision and no games were played.

I liked the suv i bought but! As in all the dealers you have to be very carefully, they put me a service of polishing of paint and interior care saying that it was included, after I check the invoice I see that they are charging me 400 usd, and when I called the seller she told me that it was no longer possible remove that I should have noticed before signing, so be very careful.the haste and confidence cost me 400 dollars.

Buying a car from this place was simply a pleasure. It took all of two hours tops. RV, my sales guy and the finance manger made sure my car buying experience was super enjoyable. I will buy all my cars here from now on. We love our new Pacifica!
