Our experience with Fayez at East Colonial Avis car sales was amazingly flawless. We had purchased a Totota Prius here last year and were so pleased to be able once again to find the vehicle we were seeking at a very fair, well below market value price. We had done a lot of online comparisons, made many phone calls and visited dealerships for comparison's sake as the car buying market is still pretty inflated price-wise. At every turn we were being offered deceptive add-ons, super-inflated processing fees and protection packages (one at $3000). Fayez was so professional, honest and friendly. I can't tell you what a relief it was to work with people who are trustworthy and proficient. I strongly recommend this dealership and Fayez!

I recommend steering clear of this dealer due to their unprofessional conduct. Despite advertising a $500 Labor Day discount and my prior confirmation of the online price inclusive of all fees, they informed us upon arrival that the Labor Day deal wasn't applicable to the specific car we were interested in. Additionally, they refused to honor the online price displayed on their website. Later in the day, they modified their pricing strategy by introducing a $500 increase before applying the discount. I possess screenshots depicting the price alterations before and after their changes. Such behavior is notably unprofessional, particularly for a larger company.

We bought our 2022 4Runner from Fayez at Avis Sales. He was wonderful, I have been researching and dealing with many dealers for 2 weeks prior to our purchase for my wife. Fayez was very helpful and went above and beyond, we highly recommend him to assist with a car purchase. Our only suggestion with Avis Car Sales in general is that they update their acceptable payment policy to include personal checks and/or wires. Getting a cashier’s check in this day and age is not always the most convenient or timely.
