Best car buying experience ever. I’ve dealt with many dealers before and it’s always a headache and pain in the but to work everything out. This was painless, fast and simple! Highly recommend to anyone buying a vehicle

After looking online, I found the specific car I wanted at Avis for the best available price I could find. I went to multiple car dealerships and felt like all of the salespeople were pushy and not willing to help me get the best deal. At Avis car sales, they gave me double what the other dealerships would for my trade in, helping me to completely pay off my car. The financing manager helped get my payments way lower than I budgeted for even with the warranty I purchased.

I gave a 1 star as you cannot give 0 star reviews. We used their confirm button on their website about a particular car with 18,000 miles on it. We made an appointment for the following day (today) at 10: 30 am to test drive it. We drove an hour and a half each way to test drive the car and when we got there the car was not there. We were offered other similar cars with significantly higher miles since they didnt have the one we had been discussing. We put the cash in our account to purchase the car outright and if the test drive had been ok we would have bought it on the spot. Beware of their bait and switch. They were aware 4 hours ago that they dont have the car, and it's still on their website. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Danny was highly recommended to me as an honest & forthright car salesman & I was not disappointed. My brother had bought a car there recently & was very happy with the transaction. I got a decent trade in on my older car & I had many to choose from in the type of car I wanted. Danny made the whole process seamless & the manager, Gerardo, was also a pleasure to work with! I will return (but hopefully not too soon!)

Amazing. From the start Danni Arias, my sales person, showed us all the cars we wanted without any pressure to buy but the best thing of all was that 1 yr after the sale he found an extra set of keys and UPS them to my house. Most would say SALE done out of sight out of mind but he took the time to go above and beyond. Thanks again Danni see you when we need our next car.

Absolute waste of your time if you are trying to buy remotely. I talked to Doug on a Wednesday about an IS350 they had for sale. On Friday I had a friend in the area check it out and perform a test drive. After they let me know the vehicle was good I spoke with Daniel and said I wanted the vehicle and would pay the asking price. I sent my DL and insurance as well as other information so that a Buyer’s Order could be put in place. I never received it on Friday after checking in several times via phone and text. On Saturday morning Doug texts me asking to confirm my address. I confirmed my address and he said it would be sent over as soon as it got through finance. I never received anything on Saturday even after calling and asking once again where it was at. All I received was “sorry we are busy, but we haven’t forgot about you. We’ll send it shortly. ” After inquiring today (Monday) I am told that the vehicle was sold Saturday afternoon.

This was not a difficult sale. I was paying asking price, was pre approved through USAA for funding, and was willing to have it shipped off their lot.

Don’t waste your time, they’ll sell the car from underneath you.
