Best pilates studio i’ve ever been to! I have been doing pilates for over 6 years and nobody teaches or is as passionate as Aviva. After having 2 babies i was able to gain some strength back in my core with her help. The location is beautiful with enough parking and places to grab a bite if you’re hungry after a class. Anyway if you’re a mommy or mommy to be definitely check this spot out! Xx

I love Aviva Pilates studio! You will find everything you need for your pilates class! Me and my husband we do duets classes three times a week and we are seeing amazing results. The instructors are very professional and very knowledgeable about what your body needs and how to prepare for the next stage. High recommend for any age!

Aviva is such a great professional Pilates teacher and I can tell you that I am very difficult to impress! Her guidance is super precise on your body and she will not give up until she sees perfect alignment. She is also very nice and the atmosphere of the class reflects it. We work hard and we have fun! That’s the best Pilates studio in Miami for sure. Her knowledges are priceless and you will see results on your body very quick. For example, I got a strong low back pain for years which I couldn’t fix with years of yoga and with Aviva in few weeks it was gone! Plus I am also 6 months postpartum and I can see that my belly is getting back to the shape of before my pregnancy! Really don’t hesitate one seconde to step in in the studio. She is amazing!

Aviva Pilates has the best pilates classes I’ve taken to date! The instructors are really good. I took lessons with Ryan and could see how effective this exercise was immediately on shaping my muscles.

So happy to have found Aviva Pilates! I was looking for prenatal Pilates classes and found that Aviva offers prenatal several times a week! The studio is beautiful, with best in class equipment. And the classes are basically private due to the small number of reformers unlike most other Pilates studios. What makes it stand out is the teachers! Aviva has an immense amount of knowledge about all things Pilates, prenatal and wellness, so i really enjoyed the classes there! Highly recommend it for both pregnant (!) and non-pregnant clients! You will love it!
