Awa Na Kava, Fort Lauderdale FL

A really cool place to hang out. I remember watching the big game here and it was a lot of fun I had the blue raspberry Kratom.it was delicious. Sweeter than the other Kava bars I been to. They make a good kava drink that isn’t like mud tasting. They mix it up with fruity flavors. And the music there I was really mellow and there was like some video shows that were really trippy I enjoyed myself.

I really dig the good vibes and energy. The menu is pretty solid compared to kava bars I’ve recently been to as far as variety. I appreciate the ambiance and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to vibe at whether they are beginners or experienced with kava.

Great first time experience walking into establishment. Great vibe, cozy, relaxing atmosphere. NICOLE is welcoming and makes fist time experience rememberable. Will definitely be back and take the time and vibe with some good Kava.

First visit was about 2 weeks ago. Been back several times since. Great place to chill and relax. Staff super friendly, as well as the other customers.

Great place to chill but the Hookha was packed a little to tight and the tobacco was not strained from all its juice a little bit. It was hard to pull. If ur looking for a place to sit and relax it’s good

Probably the best kava / kratom lounge I've ever been to. Bar tender was actually knowledgeable on amount of product in the drinks. Properly mixed and overall a good experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice kava bar as the drinks aren't outrageously over priced.

Awesome vibes and menu variety. Friendly, knowledgeable bartenders and a cozy space for a non alcoholic hang out spot! I had an awesome birthday there!

Nice chairs, the lights work for the bar, good staff. The bar usually never empty and there is stuff to do besides just sit there. Talk to someone, you'll have a good time.

This is my favorite place to be in all of fort lauderdale. To me, it's a home away from home complete with some of the best kava and kratom around. Lots of fun to be had with friends or by yourself. Great hookah selection. All in all, just the best possible place if you're looking for an alternative to a bar but still want a bar-like scene (minus the alcohol and the trouble that comes with it) 11/10

It would've been better if there wasn't a dog barking every few minutes on a Friday night. I love animals, but not loud dogs at a Hookah chill spot. The atmosphere looks better in pics. My friend and I ended up leaving and relaxing elsewhere.

I had high hopes for this place as it had good reviews. Well.the customer service was nonexistent. They don't even greet you when you walk in. The hookah was like smoking air. I would not recommend it at all.

I'm sorry. Y'all are some really nice people but enough with the hot, spicy Kava! Oh, and damn, wipe the bathroom door down occassionally. That's just nasty. Thank God it didn't smell. My Kava euphoria disappeared way too soon. I feel it was partially my fault. After all, I stayed for several rounds. I guess I was hoping what had left would return, but alas, it never did.

Bartenders are friendly and helpful for navigating the menu if you are a newcomer to Kava/Kratom or long term My original Kava bar relocated out of state so I believe I have finally found a new home here at Awa Na Kava Bar.
