I grew from this program in ways I cannot even put into words. I experienced major internal transformation which included releasing negative beliefs, gaining so much knowledge about myself through reflection, and diving deeper into meditation. The biggest change I noticed in myself is that I am now making decisions that are in my best interest instead of considering others before me. I am finally the center of my world and it feels amazing! To those who're considering this course, you will experience the most beautiful transformation within yourself that will radiate into your external world. My friendships and relationships organically shifted immensely from this program. I now have healthier relationships and it feels amazing! I truly did not want this certification to end as it was so exciting to work on week after week. Having hesitation is completely normal, but trust me when I tell you that your future self will thank you for saying "YES! "

This class has been life changing not only because I have gained tools to help others, but it has made me a better mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I feel like I have really met myself through the writing and meditations. I like that Sophie is tender but has high standards for herself and for members of her course. She lovingly supported me and left a line of communication open to reach out to her if needed. The course was so easy for me to use. I am not known for my tech skills, but this class was easy to navigate. After the first month of the course, I told my husband " If I never did anything with the coaching, the investment made on my transformation alone, was worth it.

I just completed Sophie's Spiritual Life Coaching Certification program! What a journey it’s been! These past few months in this program have made such an impact in my life. It’s made me see my life and the life of others in a whole new perspective. I now hold the belief and trust in my divine life plan. Trusting that my family and I are always taken care of. I’ve learned so many things that have helped me thrive in life! Now it's my turn to share with my clients. Meditation has become part of my daily morning routine, my intuition and spiritual gifts are continuing to develop, living in the now moment, holding the frequency of love and joy, seeing people as souls and not just a human body are just a few magical things I’ve learned and now embody. Learning to deeply feel our emotions and working the 4 R’s method to heal, silencing the chatter in our mind, and setting healthy boundaries to protect our mind, body, and soul. Plus, knowing there is a spiritual solution to every problem. The energy we feel and put out into the world is the energy we will receive. We are our own best friend and to truly show self-love is a big takeaway for me. Thank you to Sophie, Sheri, and all my Lioness sisters for sharing with me, believing in me, teaching me, and loving me. I am a better person because of you all.

This spiritual journey has been mind, heart and soul-opening. The lessons, readings, meditations, assignments, and live classes steered me through an incredibly transformational journey with healing energetic shifts. My self-awareness has increased, I am equipped with more healing modalities, I have an understanding of how to create a Spiritual Life Coaching business, I have a new appreciation for the vibrational energy field I am, as well as the frequencies held in my thoughts, words and actions. This has been an incredible journey for me. I thought all my inner work was done. But looking back I can see how this inner work really healed me.

I am so grateful for the safe container of our coaching certification cohort and training, which has really helped hold space and provide immense support while I rebirth myself into my new career. The training was so many things on so many levels: challenging, practical, inspirational, helpful, informational, and supportive. I found there was really SO MUCH energy, particularly of false beliefs and family energy, for me to move through to make it to this point of rebirth.but I did it!

This spiritual journey has been amazing. I really learned so much about my authentic self as I worked through the program and removed layer after layer of the bondage that I was wrapped in. It made me understand where my fears, my repetitive patterns, my emotional baggage came from and how to work through all these things to gain my emotional freedom.
There were so many techniques I learned from silencing the chatter to sound healing which can be done daily or an as needed basis that just give you your power back and affect the outcome of each circumstance and/or day. The techniques were very easy to learn and easy to incorporate.
I found the course to be so engaging, yet so personalized to each one of us in our Cohort. It was wonderful to go through this spiritual journey with a Cohort of people who are walking the same spiritual journey and be able to bond, support, love, and gain new life friendships through this program.

Just finished the Sacred Morning course! The lessons were amazing, and the course's emphasis on self-love was very powerful - it's a practice that can always be revisited and deepened. Within a one-week period, the course touched on several concepts, such as learning from the mirror, that were exactly what I needed to hear in the moment. And of course, I was reminded of the importance of my sacred morning routine, which I utilize consistently, but not in a consistent manner (alternating modalities, some days spending less time than others, etc.). I really appreciate the sacred morning template that this course demonstrates as a model to replicate in your personal practice. It has inspired me to incorporate more reading into my sacred practice. The meditations were also powerful. It's great content for the price point!

I just completed The Sacred Morning 7 day training course, and wow! I absolutely loved taking it! It is such a powerful tool in getting that extra touch of healing we all need so badly.

Sophie is one of the most beautiful souls I know, and her courses are always true. It did what it said it would do. It allowed my heart to open more and heal. I am in union with my inner being now, and also met the love of my life in church this week. I feel closer to God than ever and I am feeling much MUCH better now. The love I posses within has expanded and is touching the lives of those around me in such a beautifully positive way, and it helped me embody self love and confidence, which is super important! I haven't expected a shift like this. I feel liberated and healed, I have no more worries regarding my success, tools or language I use. I feel grounded and aligned with my higher purpose. There were days I thought I wouldn't manage finishing the program as there was so much fear, shame and insecurity deep inside of me. Thanks to the phenomenal set of meditations, Sophie prepared for us, I was able to let go most of my fears and heal most of my wounds. Together with my daily journaling and my own rituals I was able to leave the frequency of shame and guilt and move up to acceptance, alignment and joy. I would highly recommend the Awaken Spiritual Life Coaching certification for anyone who is called to be a spiritual life coach and feels they want more spiritual tools to use on themselves and their clients. I learnt a lot of techniques I wasn’t aware of before.

I definitely feel a change in my confidence as a result of this certification due to the combination of all the various exercises and healings we did in this course.

I now feel more confident in tackling my clients' issues as having a variety of ways to do this means that each client can pick the one way that resonates and works for them the most.

Wow, Awaken with Sophie’s Spiritual Life Coach certification has taken my spiritual journey to a whole other level! Starting with retreat week and quieting the chatter was huge in finding were true cognition begins and elevated my meditation practice. The 4R’s method brought me to revisit areas I thought were healed. Sheri encouraged me to know that because I revisited a particular area doesn’t mean it wasn’t healed, but I was guided back to dive deeper and peel back the layers. I learned how to clean, charge, and reprogram my crystals along with setting intentions. During the course there were so many meaningful exercises and reading material which assisted in finding my spiritual gifts. Reprograming shame, transmuting energy, healing the victim, cutting toxic cords, creating a spiritual vision board, praying to Mother Mary Queen of Heaven all guided me in deflating my ego and become familiar with my intuitive side. All of these teachings brought so many new techniques and beliefs that I now use peacefully in my day-to-day life. It has truly raised my vibration when it comes manifesting and over all out look on life. I am so thankful for the foundation that Sophie and Sheri set for me and my five lovely open hearted cohorts.
