AXIS Wellington Green Apartments

Lived here since they opened and I still love it to this day. The amenities are awesome, but the property management from Sam & Juan is even better.

Me and my family lived here for one year and enjoyed it so much. You get so much more then just paying for a place to live. With all the activities and events they host at the clubhouse and the excellent amenities it seems like your living at a 5 star resort. At the same time they make it feel like home with the excellent care they give. There staff is so patient, friendly and so willing to help you with anything you need. I’ve lived different places and it seems to always be a headache moving in and moving out and there’s always issues with getting stuff you need done. Not here at axis, Samantha Bonilla made it as smooth as possible from move in to move out. Anytime there was a maintenance issues or I needed something It was immediately taken care of by there excellent staff, even when I came home late from work and my AC wasn’t working there on call maintenance man showed up with a smile on his face happy to help. Me and my Family are very pleased with our experience and are sad we have to leave. Thank you Axis

Wife and I lived at Axis for over two years. Office and maintenance staff are excellent and the grounds are beautiful. Great amenities and the apartments are modern with nice features. Would highly recommend to anyone considering renting in the area!

Just moved in here and it’s absolutely fantastic! The staff really is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had not seen or even been to this place before I signed a lease since I moved from out of state, and even after I was committed to the lease, the staff still went out of their way to help me and welcome me to Wellington. The grounds are perfectly clean and well maintained. The apartments themselves are beautiful and huge, lots of storage space. Rent might be just a tad higher than other places but with the living situation that you get, it’s really an excellent value. Definitely recommend!

AXIS Apartments is truly a wonderful place to live it is like living in a luxury hotel resort but they are Aparments Samantha is the best person to work with she is so friendly so are all the people that live here it is very pet friendly there is not one bad thing I can think of I will never leave hope to live here forever

Quiet place, great neighborhood, close to the hospital, mall etc.people are so respectful. Your will love to live here! The leasing office staff is awesome. The pool and the bbq area are always clean.

I am so happy to live at Axis Wellington Green. The Admin team Juan, Samantha and Cynthia are a delight to deal with. They are professional, organized, respectful and excellent workers. They get things done.
Their customer service skills are outstanding.

There is always a very fast respond when we ask for service at Axis Wellington Green, the maintenance team is awfully good. Today RAFAEL no only was friendly, and educated, he was fast very accurate on go straight to the problems, 3 different ones, He has everything on hands and spent little amount of time fixing the plumbing, the toilet and the closet. Five Stars.

I have been a resident of Axis for 4 years and the staff is exceptional! The maintenance team always available and on time on requests. I highly recommend this community to call your home!

I have lived at Axis for almost 6 years and absolutely love it! The staff is amazing. Especially Joel. He goes above and beyond each and every day. Whenever I have a question or need something he is right there with a positive response and is so accommodating. Even during this pandemic he reached out several times to see if there was anything that I needed and he truly does care. You can see how much he loves his job, this community, and the residents. He is a true asset!

A great place to live, quiet, clean and friendly! The staff is very helpful and we enjoy the ammenitiies. They have done a very good job with providing information during the Covid situation.

I was a resident from 2017-2018. I can say hands down. This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. I mean it was only for a short time but if I ever have the chance to come back, this is a no-brained! Awesome people! Love it.

Juan, Joel and Samantha are all top notch. Coming from another rental property in the area made us skeptical about looking at another complex. Within five minutes all of our worries we are washed away. Not only are the apartments beautiful but the stuff, from the leasing office to maintenance is friendly, upbeat and makes you feel at home.

I had driven by Axis many times and decided to give them a call. To my luck, a lovely gentleman named Joel Oquendo answered and instantly made me feel comfortable and assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for. Thank you team Axis!
