Axle doctor inc., Tampa FL

My husband had work done on my axle on my trailer. He spent all day over there, even learned a little, he came home praising the business and even though was a trip to get there talked of going back. Two weeks later we had a problem with the same axle, he called and was told someone would get back to him, then they stopped taking his calls and texts. This business does not honor their work and then stops answering calls and all communication comes to a halt. If I could give no stars I would, it isn't cheap to get axle work done. If you want to save yourself time and aggravation from having to not only try to hold them accountable and more money to someone else take your trucks and trailers to someone else that will do the work right the first time.

You should never come to this site notice to all drivers they are scammers here they do not do a good job

They worked on one of my axle, and did a completely shody job. Not even two days after the job, my seals are leaking my brakes are damaged and now I can't get them to come out and correct their poor workmanship, or even respond to my calls and messages.

Replaced a axle spindle on specialized specialized trailer- bearing do not seat properly and we can't get a response from them on the phones, had used them in the past and they did what was asked of them, now not so much

This company did 2 axles for us. They installed used parts and put them on crooked. We had to have a different company come out and fix the damage they cosed.

Got my truck in and out in a day. However they messed up my hub cover and installed a grease axle but installed an oil wash axle hub and filled it up. Was called next day about their mistake. Had to get it fixed later the same day.

I use this company to do service on one of my trailer They welded hub on axle 2 days later it cracked also. Call the company and no replie guy told me that he would show up one time and showed up 6 hours later To do the job.

My name is Frank Valdés, owner of CA auto transport. I was scammed by Axel Doctor inc. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t take responsabity for the mistakes they make and lie telling they will fix stuff they end up not fixing. I’m my personal experience they charged me but never fixed the issue, and on top of that they don’t answer the phone.

Had a hub replaced and didn't make it out of Florida. They drove to me, which I thought was great customer service, only to find out the guy had no idea what he was doing. I have gone through 6 tires and now need a new axle from the damage that was done to mine. Learn from my mistake, use the axle doctor out og Georgia and not Florida.

I just had 2 axles done and they gave me a great affordable price! Fast and friendly service, would recommend any day!

So they showed up late to the shop (130pm) the shop closed at 5 so had to pay shop drive my truck to an empty lot Eric finally finished at 430am couldn't put tires or hub on didn't have all the parts I chained up the axle and drove 130 miles to palatka truck center finished putting brakes hub and drum on only to find out the axle is half an inch to short and now nobody is answering the phone or text messages Eric came to my house 130 in the morning Sunday and tried to do something but haven't seen or heard from anyone else since

I brought my bike here for welding.and the guy named Mike welded it for free! And did an amazing job! So I came with a go kart to have welded on.long story made short. I agreed on a price.paid.then was told I did not pay.when I know I did.also my welds broke and was not even.and took the guy Mike 4 days to do it after I visited every single day. I'm not a liar and I pay for my work! I hate that I had to leave this review.because the guy Mike I thought was an alright guy.

Wonderful affordable place to take your vehicle to get fixed right. David is so nice and honest, he doesnt sugar coat anything and he doesnt try to sell you on things that are not needed. The only place i take my vehicle.

What a joke! Drove 120 miles for nothing! Dude said he could set the Preload and Backlash on my jeep axles with no problem! I included BRAND NEW high dollar Bearing and seal kits for both axles! Dropped everything off this morning after driving from Ocala! When he called saying they were done, I went to pick them up only to find the guy working on the GROUND in the DIRT on my front axle. And I checked the finished rear axle only to find it about to fall outta the housing. Come to find out that this "AXLE DOCTOR" doesn't even have the tools to work on a axle and tried to pass the axles off as being SET UP AND READY TO GO! And they were Not EVEN CLOSE, AND to top it off, he didn't even use the new bearing kits cause my original (1992,160,000 mile) stuff "Looked" good! STAY AWAY! WARNING WARNING WARNING!
