Today this girl came and sat near a family with children and she blasts her own music. Very inconsiderate to others.

Quiet community with a diverse population. The houses don't feel as cookie cutter as other naighborhoods. The HOA is a little pompous at times and it feels like they pick and choose who they fine and nick pick about. Overall though it is a very engaged community. They have several Facebook pages, selling various items (ranging from food to auto services and more). There are plenty of schools in the area, some new and some old. Local shopping is a pleasure with multiple Publix, Winn Dixie, a neighborhood Walmart, and a Sam's club. As a whole the community is one I would have my family live in.

This HOA does a poor job of regulating the parking in their community. Often i take walks and sidewalks on streets are blocked so i get yelled at for walking through lawns or almost hit by people driving when I veer off the sidewak because of cars illegally in their driveways at all times. Good amount of parking for the clubhouse. Basketball courts.
It's also a great location to distribute food for the community.

The worse place to live i wish we didn’t buy a house In Ayersworth. Getting out of the development is ridiculous and we keep telling them to put a stop light coming out of the development but they don’t care I only been here for a year I do not recommend no one to get a house in Ayersworth.

Attended a holiday market at the clubhouse. Good variety of vendors. Food options by Taste of Jamaica (Ms. Tina) was awesome and the cakes/deserts by Kierra Bakes Yummy Cakes, was super!

Nice Area to live, Builders have turned over HOA to Homeowners. Hopefully the fifth will be coming soon.

Silent and pleasant, lots of construction and a huge landfill right in the middle of the neighborhood.

Is getting better activity wise as many house come onboard. The facilities are still too small to the amount of residents.

I live here and it's pretty good. The rims at the basketball court could be replaced as they are bent at an angle

Good environment and they really do take care of you plus the neighbors are so friendly along with the neighborhood itself is so beautiful.

I enjoy coming here to go swimming or play around on the basketball court! I know there's a 24 hour gym that's always accessible. I enjoy the big field and the pinic area from time to time. (Too cold for me right now.) If anything was to be complained about. It would have to be the big ol' landfill in the distance. I stay next to a landfill. It was a hill in July. The trash has collected. Uncool. It's growing by the day

Nice pavilion facility, restroom, kitchen, parking space and Wi-fi is included in the rent. Good site for a celebration location.
