I have been going to liberty loyally for years and LOVE the staff. Prob in this location once a week. With the law changing I had a little issue with my rec and needed to understand it in terms I would understand. The guy Alex? Who helped me. Normally goes above and beyond but yesterday took time out to be patient with me to make me understand and tell me what to do to fix the issue. I listened called the doc and problem solved. Thank you so much to all of you tfor being rockstars every day!

Smoothest and quickest dispensary in town! If you need fast attentive service I would stop by AYR in a heart beat. Even if there is a wait, all the bud tenders are more than helpful and understanding.

This by far used to be my favorite dispensary. I’d be in here one- two times a week. Then they got bought out and became AYR. That is when everything changed. They raised their prices which are now as high as trulieve, MuV places like that. The problem is their quality and prices do not mesh.
Trulieve charges a bit more for their products but their products are top shelf. AYR is selling bottom to middle shelf items for top shelf prices. It doesn’t work. Why am I paying more for less THC? Honestly it is a shame that they did this. I have been looking at their products for weeks and waiting for sales but their prices are still so over priced. I will no longer be a customer of theirs due to this. They need to either change their products or their prices.

These ladies and gentlemen here at AYR have never let me down and is always willing to help. These guys have a ton of patience and are very reliable. AYR is cut and dry that what I like about them. Simple and have a huge selection.

The only location I will go to. How the lay out of the store is I love it plenty of space and merchandise to look at. Staff is professional and on point. I don't mind driving 35 minutes to pick something. Keep up the great work guys

Dissapointed. This places gimmick is that there is always a sale. Non sale prices sky high, but it's always 65% off so who cares? Well, I went in to use my renewal discount today and was told I couldn't use it on discounted items? So you lured me in with a discount you can't honor? I spend a ton of money here. Have my rfe and run it out every month. I think it sucks that they advertise a discount they know realistically can't be used. They were polite as always but there are a lot of places that will honor the discount they advertise and maybe they deserve my business.

Edited 10/22. Was told I'd be able to use the discount. I placed an order with clear cut instructions to not fill the order and to cancel it if It would not be honored for any reason. I made the drive in and low and behold, was told that they couldn't honor the discount! So they read my note and still filled the order making me waste my time. Who I can only assume was a manager lied to me and said "we can't see your notes". The reputation of this dispensary is dropping vastly in the medical marijuana community. Literally had a lady frustrated tell me to take my business elsewhere on the way in as she walked out. I will never step foot in this dispensary again. Gave you guys way too many chances for the terrible service I've recieved these last few months
