Friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite by far to make shopping convenient and easy. Would highly recommend and prices are good too.

I would like to say the lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and made me fee at ease as I am a first time patient. The people were very friendly and helpful, the store was very clean and inviting. I left feeling very comfortable using cannabis as an alternative to my anxiety medicine. I will make AYR my home base dispensary.

I frequent this place and I never have an order prepared. Staff is always willing to work with me to help find the product I want for the week. I mainly see Bri and Milo (I think is his name) and they give me a good experience each time. Ayr is my go to for the moment.

Went here twice while I was in town and I loved it! Prices were great and the staff was really awesome to deal with. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place for those who aren't huge flower smokers. Honestly I only came here because the edibles were probably the best out here. But where did they go? Specifically, Big Pete's Treats? They were definitely a top seller and then you guys just stop selling them with no reason to give. I know you all don't care about our opinions but you really lost a great vendor after you switched from Liberty to AYR.

I truly can't say enough good things about this store. I manage a local business that is extremely customer service focused, and Ayr is the only other place I go where I see customers treated the way I believe they should be. Everyone on the staff I consider a friend, and I've consistently seen the great care that I receive offered to every other person who walks through their doors. Jacksonville has oodles of dispensaries, but this is the only one I care to visit because of the people. Extra special shout-out to KD. I recently witnessed her interact with someone who didn't have a lot of knowledge on the product and her thoroughness in explaining things was great but more importantly, seeing how much she genuinely cared about her work was inspiring. Everyone here deserves a raise. Kudos to the management for fostering a culture the way they do. Best dispensary in town!

Usually great service and friendly worker at the beach location. Only problem I have with the AYR is they really don’t give discounts to senior citizens or veterans. When you mark all flower and vape on sale you don’t give discount. Easy way of not giving a discount! Just looks funny to me

Failed in Customer Service by not honoring a current sale price of a product. Website listed sale price of $24 for Powdered Donuts (reg. $40). The sales associate was unaware of the sale. I showed him a screen shot of their product and it's price and still would not honor that advertised price!

Great discounts and customer service was A+. Johnny was knowledgeable and cool as hell. Definitely going to make this our new spot.

Place constantly seems to have sales and the staff are really hip and helpful. This is the only place I now go and have for a few years now.

KD and Joey serve their customers in such a compassionate way. Their knowledge and experience are valuable and their ability to communicate effectively is amazing. Its always a great experience!

Great atmosphere and even better customer service. I’m terrible with names but you’ll know him when you see him. The man with the mustache. An outstanding conversationalist with a vast knowledge of all things cannabis. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The Jacksonville Beach location is my go to dispensary in Jax. The staff welcomes myself and my service dog, Vonnegut each time with professionalism, friendliness, and expertise with their industry. My pup gets tons of love, and was one of the budtenders best friends while I was able to shop and get all questions answered. Specifically, finding strains great for anxiety and sleep. My only issue is I can't refrain from spending at least $200 each visit! Lol. Each time I have been I am amazed at the deals and qaulity. My favorite in Jacksonville and wish the company and their awesome staff huge success. Luis, Mike, Tyler, Jessie, Adrian, Omar, Tucker, Averi, Trevor are all awesome! Visited again, newly AYR, Carter did an amazing job even hooked me up with a awesome pin for my biker punk vest. So now an official VIP client and spokesperson lol. Love every visit and appreciate the military with respect. Greatest dispensary with the best budtender and most consistent selection in flower, concentrates, tinctures, and ridiculous daily specials!
Made sure my favorite manager was in, a top notch salesman but most importantly a genuine caring man. Most respectful and enjoyable person to shop with every time you come in the store, never seen the man having a bad day or showing it. Treats myself and my service animal like we are special members and why we return weekly. Thank you my fellow spider web tattoo brother and dedicated manager!

I love the folks who work here! They're very helpful with the MM categories and even helped me figure out what products would best help my needs. I especially love KD for her kindness and infectious smile. Joey is awesome, and Donnie is the ultimate OG. GREAT crew and I travel, especially just to this store at Jax Beach!
