AYR Cannabis Dispensary Lakeland

This used to be my daily location. Crew was usually on point. Good personalities. Lately you no longer get the email or text confirmations. Therefore it’s hard to plan pick ups when you don’t know when they’re ready.

Well prepared even while training. They are friendly and made you fell comfy.
Great experience for a first time customer.

Most of the Female staff here are unprofessional. Judging every guy that walks through the door like their a piece of meat or its a dating service to them. I use to go to this location for a long time cause it was the closest dispensary to me. They are Very rude to customers and make nasty remarks about customers to co-workers who are five feet away from them. Just do your damnn job ladies and make sure your respecting every customer equally. Your in a customer service position keep your superficial remarks and opinions to yourself and, server your customers correctly.

Purchased the mixed fruit distillate as well as as the strawberry and was not disappointed in the quality of the medicine as well as a wonderful discount. Dispensary employees were friendly and helpful because I was out mg for oral. I was able to get the comparable product priced similarly and we'll absolutely be back. Budtender was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as well as friendly. I will be back.

Update 11-18-2023. Still visiting AYR on the regular and still loving the product, prices, and employees. Consistent quality medication with products that have never let me down.

Not accommodating for any of their customers. Most of the people working there are rude and have no respect or any customer service skills whatsoever. Definitely won’t be going back. Only good thing about them is the fact they have a drive through. These people should not work somewhere like this if they can’t be bothered to just be nice.

Do not recommend to anyone. Faithful customer for years to be treated unfairly and lack of customer support, had an issue and I thought things have progressed and could be resolved but just to be treated like an old weed dealer.

I love this dispensary! They always have the best deals! And the best attitudes! I never feel like they are uneducated on marijuana. They know there stuff! The staff is all very professional and knowledgeable. I don’t go to any other dispensaries. My go to always

3 stars for the service, which was great, but products have gone down noticeably alteast to me since ayr has put their name up. The whole tier system for mid medicine has gotten out of hand even for daily sales it's not great, and this was my last time.

I drive from plant city to lakeland at least once a month for my supply.until yesterday I had amazing experience with staff at this store.why I continued to drive over here.yesterday I delt with a female who was about as rude a person as ive ever dealt with. I will take my bussiness elsewhere.she has no business dealing with the public.

The girl had a whole attitude, said the card reader never works so use the atm, after the atm didn’t work she said well idk what to tell you, like what kind of response is that? Good products but probably won’t be back because of the rudeness

Raina <sorry if spelled wrong, > always is great with suggestions, going over things with me, and recommending Products and even helped explain the benefits of CBN vs CBD/THC and even gave us a cool informative paper that explained more for a learner/ potential explorer that was helping my Mum take learn a lot. The products are fantastic, and we come from way across town to come here because of the potency of the products, but the Bud Tenders are awesome! I wish we had one on North Side, but I'll gladly drive here to get my products everytime.

Friendly and fast service! Not my favorite flower but their cartridges and concentrate prices are awesome

Products are pretty good. It's been a while.figured I would try them again. So far so good.the flower was nice. Need more locations or delivery I did not like the ride to South Lakeland. But still five star and i didn't have to get out of the vehicle at the Lakeland location pull up push a button that was great.
