One name, mayra! She is awesome! She has been very attentive when it came to assisting me with getting into the apartment with quick approval and super kind. As for the complex it seems quiet and well maintained.

Been living here for 2 years now. And honestly Pam the new Manager is AMAZING. Ever since she’s taken over you can see the change in the community. She’s caring and goes above and beyond for her tenants. Im so happy to be here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE’ I moved in 3 months ago, I am beyond devastated with this moving decision. I been without a/c for 3 months, the first night was terrible after waking up in sweat. Not only, have I been waking up everyday sweating… there’s a huge leak in my laundry room coming from the roof. Which, caused the maintenance man to shut off my water for two days now. I work nights and I have to drive an hour away to my mothers house just to take a shower and eat for school. This is unacceptable. Also if your young and single beware maintenance will walk in unannounced in plain clothes

Moving and finding your first apartment can be stressful, and overwhelming at times. I moved here from outta state and I was looking for apartments everyday, calling back to back hopefully to find something that meets my expectations and I came across Azula. After seeing the environment and meeting the staff I knew I wanted to move here. Rhonda and Mayra have been nothing but sweet, understanding, and helped me whenever I had an issue. If you’re considering moving, move here!

Azula North is so gorgeous I toured it this week and Gio and Pam assisted me! Gio showed me all the amenities from the outdoor gym to the beautiful newly renovated Lake. It is lovely. Pam and Gio thank y’all for all your hard work to get me to fill out my application starting May 15th Azula North will be my new home! ️?

Where do I begin from the moment of approval my experience has been wonderful. From the staff to the Apartment Community itself is very clean and nice. The staff accommodated my travels from one city to the next and was very prompt and on time with keys in hand. I love the fact they have security that walks around throughout the night with Cameras to watch you safely so I feel very safe coming home at night. They respond promptly when you summit a work order and The staff just made my experience so welcoming I definitely recommend your interest in Azula North they are definitely suitable to your needs!

I've been checking out this place in the last 2 months so I decided to apply 2 weeks ago, and I'm so pleased with my decision.the office is great, my approval was fast, everyone is soooo friendly.and this place is beautiful. I love my new apartment and I believe the price is great with what everything came with the apartment.also the fact the have a outside gym and a inside gym is so perfect cause I have a choice, the pool area is top tier and it come with keys, so anyone can't come mess it up. I'm definitely inlove with my new apartment. I would t change this for anything

Pam and Rhonda are really doing some amazing work as our new property management company. Pam has been kind, helpful, and totally understanding to every concern I have had. I have lived here for three years with the old property management and the new and there is a huge difference. Rhonda was so kind to accommodate my needs the same day as well. I’m very satisfied with the work they are putting into the property, nice to see we have a company that really cares now. Oh and the maintenance team is just phenomenal!

Still waiting on status on security deposit from moving out Dec ‘22. They have told me nothing going on 4 months and still without my security deposit. Been calling twice per week since moved out and got someone in office maybe once. They never answer the phone. Beware! Will update if I ever get word on my deposit.

Pam property manager contacted me to get all my concerns handled. Very nice and helpful. She will be working on getting my security deposit to me asap and agree to keep me posted up until the check is mailed. Greatly appreciated!

PAMELA CRUZ THE PROPERTY MANGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL NOT ONLY SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL BUT REFUSE TO PROVIDE PAPERWORK WHICH I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO SHOW ME IN WRITING THAT THE FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO LOOK INTO THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. SOMEONE ELSE IN PAMELA CRUZ OFFICE TOLD ME MY FEE WAS REFUNDABLE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF SCAM THEY ARE DOING IN THEIR BUSINESS. BUT BE AWARE BEFORE YOU APPLY HERE. THEY HAVE COMPLAINTS OF MAINTENANCE ISSUES AS WELL AS OTHER COMPLAINTS, INCLUDING THE ONE I HAVE NOW. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY.

Azula North is an amazing place. The staff was amazing. The swimming pool is gorgeous. Special thanks to Gio and Rhonda for helping me with this process.

The new management has really been trying to clean up the property and standards of the community so do not go by these negative reviews. I just moved here for a job offer at Moffit cancer Center and the location is ideal. Pam, the property manager has been so accommodating and trust me I can be pretty demanding as I am used to a white-collar environment in a family setting and just want things a certain way. The pool is inviting with huge grills in a quiet, clean, relaxing atmosphere. This community has all the potential and with Pam as the lead in this project I have no doubt she will make it happen! Everyone in this office is kind and professional. Henrich in maintenance gives genuine customer service and aims to get the job done!

I must say that this is an amazing place to live. Pam, Gio, Rhonda, & Mayra are amazing. I recommend anyone to come live here at Azula North!

I am not thrilled with the price. In one year here I have had 2 noise complaints, both seemed solved. I dont have bugs. I have not needed repair on my laundry & would be very upset if I had to wait on that.
Occasionally, they have a security guard roaming the property. Security dress like SWAT. In my one year living in this area there have been many murders. One across the street, another last week. Thanks for good solid perimeter walls, the kids jump them.
The kids are a menace to society. Yesterday they were starting a fire underneath the new playground. Last week they were throwing rocks in the pool. I have been solicited for $2 again & again. One kid knocked on my door asking for $2 to take out my thrash (we paid $5 a month for the service). Occasionally homelessness enters the quad, it is rare. The whole area has quite a bit of homelessness, I do think the kids see it as an easy way to make money and beg.
There are signs that the pool has some video surveillance. More of that would be great. Watching how much fun the kids had throwing rocks into the pool was disconcerting.
