B-21 Fine Wine & Spirits, Tarpon Springs FL

Pretty awful experience. Selection and prices are not bad, but it's all downhill from there. Order was placed on 12/18, and delivered 01/10 - more than 3 weeks later. Tracking # is utterly useless until the very last stage of the process, as "your order has been shipped" message, received 12/28 (full 10 days after ordering) meant nothing. There were no traces of the shipment between 12/28 and 01/06, when tracking # was finally updated.

The most ridiculous thing though is the delivery itself. 10 times they repeat in various places the message "your order is shipped by climate-controlled van", and another 5 that "signature is required". Despite that, the box was left inside the shed where we keep garbage containers, about 100 feet from the house, and no email notification was received. Of course, I only discovered it the next day, after it sat there overnight. Thankfully, wine was not frozen, just by accident - it easily could.

My advice - close the B21 web page, as soon as your browser takes you there, and buy your alcohol from someone who understands how to conduct business.

B-21 has a great selection an good prices. There shipping department is top notch. My orders arrive promptly and safely. I have never had any issues with my orders.

B-21 is AMAZING. They have a fantastic selection, their prices are always competitive (and many times better than the big box retailers) and the service is excellent.

I must admit, I have never actually set foot in their actual store, however, I buy from them online, and from their B-21 Private offers. Again, always great prices, and service. The best part is they let me leave everything with them in storage, until I can take delivery (which is also free) if you're in state of Florida. Once you schedule for delivery they send updated emails for date // time and you can actually track the driver. If it says 9: 23 AM, that driver will be there at that exact time.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've been on hold for 30 minutes with the no customer service number. Apparently my call is important just not important enough to actually answer. It takes these folks weeks to ship 600 miles. Don't use them. Don't call them. Very unreliable

Fantastic selection! One of only afew liquor stores in North Pinellas that sells Noilly Prat sweet vermouth. The best. Way better then the Italian versions.

Customer service is atrocious. If you have a problem, you are out of luck. I placed an order on October 21st for four cases of wine. Three delivered and the fourth never showed. According to fedex, they are delivering the fourth package back to B-21. I emailed customer service a week ago with no response. Emailed customer service again last night with no response. I am writing this review on hold with customer service where I have been for over twenty minutes. Unacceptable!

If I can give zero star to the customer service that I just received I would. The lady who answered the phone just cursed me out and said I cannot help you for anything and just hung up. Please do not buy from here ever and don't bother calling them. It took over 2 hours for them to curse me out

Very clean huge liquor store on the South were very very friendly they helped me a lot and what I was trying to find

Delivery van driver almost caused an accident by passing a card and no passing zone on alt 19. He also ride cars rear end very closely if they're going slow. Not a safe driver. I'm sure the alcohol will still get you drunk just if you're behind or near this driver. Stay clear.

Very disappointed with customer service, I wanted to cancel or change my order, no response from B-21. I tried to contact B-21 twice by phone and was on hold for 30+ minutes each time with no answer. I also e-mailed them twice with no response. In my opinion, customer service is non-existent.

This is the best place to buy your wine. Family owned and operated for more than 50 years, they have been able to make great wines available at realistic prices for decades. The inventory is vast, containers come into Tarpon Springs direct from the vineyards. The unlikely location only adds to the mystique.
