BaBbi BaBbi Korean Kitchen Korean BBQ & Korean Food reviews
20Everything I had was really good and I got way more food than I expected for the cost. The wait staff was awesome, too. I'll definitely be back.
We called ahead, unfortunately they do not take reservations over the phone. It was a 40 min wait, we waited in our car pretty chill since we came from the theme park and it was around 8: 30ish. Was about to ask for carry out when our table was ready. Place is very clean neat and organized, especially the restroom. Food was okay underseasoned for our taste. My sister did not enjoy the marinated bibimap due to the dish being cold. I loved the bulgogi bibimap and the pan fried mandu appetizers. We tried the ttotebokki and it was sweet and a little spicy; it has an acquired taste. Staff was attentive but it was very busy.
Do not come here unless you want to be treated with inattentiveness and have your health concerns disregarded. I came here a few days ago with my family, and being new to this state I was excited to go out and enjoy the restaurants that were nearby. The atmosphere of this location is decent, seating is comfortable and prices are “ok” (a little higher than most), however, their response to customers health concerns and safety is below average. A member from my family had accidentally ordered an item off the menu that was NOT appropriate for their diet since they are diabetic as well as on dialysis. All our waitress asked us is if we had any ALLERGIES prior to placing the order. Diabetes and dialysis are not an allergy, so there was no need to expose our family members health issues out into the open. Once the plate was received they immediately noticed something was wrong and didn’t proceed to eating off of it. Being that this family member is limited with their English speaking skills as well as reading, they tried their best to order what looked appetizing to them. Once we had realized that this order was not suitable for her health, we kindly asked the waitress if we could exchange it for something else (keep in mind it took them 10 minutes to even notice us calling for their attention and our original waitress wasn’t even the one who came). We explained the situation, and we were given a face of disbelief and immediately turned down our request. I was in complete shock due to the fact that no matter what restaurant I have gone to in the past, whenever there was an issue with our order the restaurant was more than considerate in making sure our needs were met. The waitress attending us seemed incoherent and couldn’t even give a proper explanation as to why we couldn’t exchange the food for something else. All she kept repeating was “no sorry we can’t do that”. It is disheartening to come to a place where you are wanting to enjoy your time with family, and leave feeling disregarded and not cared for. Our family member eventually ended up not eating anything and we left without tipping, since it was advised by the restaurant owner in a previous review that if services are not the best, then don’t leave a tip. I will never be coming back to this establishment, and I truly hope that they update their ways of handling customers concerns and needs. In the end, it was not worth spending our money here. Do better.
Also, I’m noticing that whoever responds to the low ratings has an defensive attitude, and is immature in the way they write. I will not be shocked if my review is responded with blaming me instead of taking accountability on a negative customer experience. These reviews aren’t meant to threaten anyone, it’s a form of notifying the business owner on ways to improve their services for the future. If one can not take criticism, then don’t strive for excellence when it can’t be provided.
Got here 20 minutes before their posted closing time. They told us they were closed when we walked in. I was disappointed.
I ordered Bulgogi Hot Stone bowl bibimbap with extra Pork Belly and vegetables. The stone was still hot at the end and very tasty!
I also ordered a seafood Korean Pancake and it was also nice!
Definitely come back for another foods
Good food, I chose the Kimchi Rice and did not like it as much as the other rice options. I still do not like that Water is not provided with the meal without paying for the 75 Cents plastic bottle. Some effort should be made to offer ice water in a reusable and eco friendly glass.
Grabbed an order for lunch, was very happy with it, fast, friendly, food was delicious, and a good value for the cost. Will go again
Really great place and kind servers! Food was delicious, I had the stone bowl- amazing flavor! Need to get the spicy sauce on side so you can add as you see fit! But overall great experience!
The jjamppong was delicious! I had never had it before and it is a new dish to add to my will order again list. Warning.when they ask if you want spicy, this is your warning. It is spicy. Not so spicy you can't eat it, but it burns a bit. If you breath in a chili flake like I did while reading then everyone will think you're dying of covid.
My boyfriend and I wanted to try this place because we don’t have anything like this (that I know of) back at Hawaii. The bibimbap was our favorite and they even allow you to customize it to your liking. The sweet soy Korean fried chicken was da bomb (awesome), it was very crispy and flavorful. Customer service was great as well. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars was because my order of the original kimbap’s fish cake could’ve had more taste.
It was our first visit, as we are from out of state. We ordered tonkatsu, soon tofu soup, and cream corn. All were perfect. Will definitely visit again in the future.
Super good food! 10/10 recommend. It came out fast and hot! So be careful when the plate arrives and especially eating! The vibe is chill especially with the music and music videos! Recommend coming by!
Cafe style eating. Large TV’s with Asian themed music videos, while different hip-hop playing, kinda too loud. Clean. Friendly staff. Food was okay. A little pricey, large portions.
Babbi babbi is so good! This is my second time here, and I will be back many more times! Definitely recommend the fried chicken and bulgogi, they're so good!
10/10 I enjoyed coming here with my friend after a long day of work and eating the delicious food. The staff is great as well. If you haven’t stopped by, you should!
We ordered bulgogi kimbap and rose tteokbokki. The food came out quickly, and side dishes that came along with the food were delicious. The kimbap was pretty good and authentic. However, the tteokbokki was mediocre. Rice cake needed to be cooked more, and the portion was relatively small for the price. We liked how the restaurant carried Korean ice cream for dessert. Overall, if you are near by the restaurant (within 15-min driving distance), it is a decent place to visit to grab Korean food.
Been here multiple times since it open and it never fails to disappoint.whether you are looking for a quick bite it a place to hang out with family and friends you can come and enjoy.the atmosphere is friendly and there is a great selection of kpop music videos and song playing <3
Delicious food and amazing customer service! Such an amazing place to dine especially if your a K-pop fan and love Korean food!
WHAT! Another Orlando “must do”? !
Dining at BaBbi BaBbi is only a “must do” if enjoy Fresh wholesome ingredients, combined with traditional Korean flavors and a welcoming staff that makes you feel like you are home. My husband and I enjoyed TONKATSU KIMBAP (it is a pork cutlet sushi roll) it was delicious along with a Bibimbap Hot stone bowl, also delicious! Did I mention they serve this with a 1/2 dozen side dishes. All of this with drinks under $39, best quality and value in Orlando! YUM!
Originally went for Seito but was packed so decided to try out this place. I'm from NYC and this place really sucks. Food is subpar and wait is long, this is like a fast food restaurant. Coming from someone who eats korean food extensively, I can tell this place is poor quality. Their sauce is just filled with sugar and they don't really try for their food. I'm quite surprised this place have this many good views, I guess most people don't know what good korean food really taste like. BTW, there's no tap water, I'm amazed that out of countless places I went to, this is the only place I recall that does not serve water.
