When I called I asked if there was a trip charge, a minimum charge to come to my home, they lied to me, told me no. When the plumber came to unclog my kitchen sink, he placed a cap on my sink, ran the garbage disposal, cleared the clog, then proudly said that will be 140.00. He told me that is the minimum charge for them to come out. I don't appreciate being lied to. I will never use them again.

Michael Snell was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We had no idea where the water was leaking from in our 2 year old home. Water was coming from where the wall meets the floor. He figured it quickly and was very creative in doing the challenging repair. We are very happy it was identified, repaired so quickly. The price was very fair.

This has been my best plumbing experience. Very nice staff. Scheduled in my time frame & quickly. Plumber (Weston J) who arrived was professional & explained costs. He didn't try to up-sell any unnecessary services. He fixed a broken water line, installed shut-offs, a new exterior facuet & fixed a leak. Will definitely call again when I need a plumber

They were the first company able to respond and turn off water meter because our service line broke during Hurricane Ian. They also installed a temporary water connection for us.

I had been using this company for awhile then there was a problem. I left their vp of service about 8 messages on voice-mail over 2 weeks. No call back like he promised. Very unprofessional.

We called today 5/7/2022 Grant was the one that answered the phone, He explained procedure, showed up on time and went above and beyond the call of duty. We just bought our home and have had some issues over the last 2 weeks leading up to today where our toilets wouldn't flush the previous plumber told us our toilets needed to be replaced but now sewage was backing up into our tubs and shower along with toilets overflowing. Grant put the camera down the line and found a blockage in the line right before the septic tank. (We just had it pumped the same day before calling Babes) Grant dug through the roots to find our intake cover, cleared our roots blocking our line and most of all allowed me to be able to thoroughly clean our new home and take a shower (which is all I really wanted to do) I am beyond thankful for Grant showing up today and going above and beyond, being professional, and giving me all the information needed to get some of the other foreseen issues resolved. We did pay emergency rates, but I would gladly pay it all over again for the pleasant experience in a dire situation. Again Grant. THANK YOU!

Called and scheduled to have a job estimated - a representative came out, was on time and reviewed the job the rep told me he would have an estimate emailed to me by Monday. Told him we needed to have the work completed as soon as possible - we would take the next available time. Never heard back. Never received the estimate. No followup call - nothing.

Great customer service, fast response. Matt came out on a holiday weekend and fix it right the first time.

Still stand by below review from a few years ago. Recently, Babe’s handled warranty water heater replacement—no problems encountered. Have had shut-off valves replaced by them, no problems. Babe’s is our go to plumbing company.
They show up, explain work or options, handle everything professionally.

Had new kitchen sink faucet installed. Efficient, professional, punctual. Left the sink area clean and dry. Like that call was made with ETA. Would use again. Price was reasonable.

Michelle R did a great job at helping out with some city mandated services. She understood exactly what the situation was and made sure it got done very timely as the service needed was already past due. I trust her and Babe's Plumbing with all plumbing issues.

Very happy with the service and professionalism of Jesse Laurie, the technician who provided the service calls (2). We had a slow bathroom drain. Jesse showed up on time and provided excellent service in diagnosing the problem. Upon assessing the situation he noticed a great amount of grease blocking the pipe. He suggested a "jetting" of the complete house. Work was done within a week and problem was solved! Cleaned up the cabinet and floor after finishing. Call Babe's plumbing for all of your plumbing needs. A+
