Where should i start Amy was phenomenal like she gave my cousin star quality, V. I. P service she was so patient, attentive, so sweet and she truly helped my cousin dreams come true! Mind you we was stopping by just to take a look never would’ve thought she would say YES to her dress a whole year before her wedding! Amy did amazing with her dress choices and customer service I hope anyone that is getting married gets to experience the service my cousin got to experience today, thank you so much Amy for your amazing service you are definitely that BOSS LADY thank you so much again… and yess Amy I read your reviews lol (inside joke)

I had the most wonderful experience with Amy as my style specialist. This was my first time dress shopping and I felt so special, supported, and was amazed at all of the options and “anything is possible” attitude by Amy and the team. There was fully transparency, I didn’t in any way feel pressured, and it was an incredible moment I will never forget!

As someone who was very nervous about the dress fitting and picking process, I can honestly say I made the right choice coming to Bacio Bacio for my one and only dress try on. Amy was AMAZING! She was caring, loving, and an absolute support when it came to trying things on and feeling beautiful. She made us feel like we were her family. She's respectful of your budget, she makes sure you feel comfortable, and she picks the most beautiful dresses with the aspects you want in it. I cannot recommend this place enough! If it gives you any reason to go, I drove an hour just to try it out and walked away in happy tears and a gorgeous dress

Amy made this experience nothing except wonderful and perfect. The store is extremely clean and organized. The way she made me feel and respected my ideas was just amazing. Bacio Bacio was definitely voted as South Florida's number 1 bridal store for a reason!

Amy is an angel. Went in, almost in tears and given up on finding my dress, with a week to go. My original got ruined. Amy asked to see a pic of my dress. I was positive I'd never be happy with anything else. Was I wrong. Amy found the dress that was made for me in 10 minutes with minor alterations being done next morning. Best customer service ever. I thought she was going to cry with me when I told her my story. Keep this little gem of a store in mind, it beats all other shops simply for the great service. Amy really cared. Thanks Amy for going above n beyond. Well, just for being you. A wonderful human being. Forever grateful Can't recommend a better shop. Don't want to forget Olga for fitting me in on such a short notice fitting n alterations. Can't be happier with a shop ever. Great experience

I went in for my first bridal appointment and ended up finding my dress! I worked with Gina, she was lovely. The whole appointment was great and they had a wide selection to choose from. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone in south Florida.

Gina is AMAZING! She made us feel so so so welcome. We shared tears, laughs, and had just such a great experience. We said YES to the DRESS!

What a beautiful experience! Amy was the one who was assisting us in this process and let me just say, she made it even more enjoyable. What a lovely staff and environment this place was. If I could give 50 ️’s to Bacio Bacio Bridal but more specifically to Gina I would! She made me feel comfortable right away and was so helpful in every way, from picking styles of dresses to figuring out what looked best on me, she was spot on! She was truly amazing to work with! I rarely leave reviews unless I really feel the person or business needs to be acknowledged and put on the spotlight. Gina is a true gem! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Bacio Bacio. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I ended up finding the perfect one. Amy did an incredible job at making me feel comfortable, heard and special. Bacio Bacio Bridal is a wonderful dress shop full of the kindest staff and the most beautiful gowns. I cannot recommend them enough! Lenyce is so sweet and welcoming and Gina, who was my stylist for the appointment, was so patient and kind. I went in for my appointment with only a couple of Pinterest photos for inspiration and Gina helped me navigate the many styles of dresses to find out what I liked. For someone as clueless and indecisive as me Gina turned what could have been a stressful experience into such a fun couple of hours with my bridal party. She was able to effectively narrow down what aspects of dresses I did and didn't like, and in the end she was the one who picked out the dress that I said yes to!
I actually came to Bacio Bacio Bridal as a bridesmaid back in 2019 and we had a wonderful experience then as well, sipping champagne and watching the bride try on gorgeous gowns. We drove to 3 other dress shops that day, but ended up back at Bacio Bacio to purchase the bride's favorite dress. Little did I know that years later I would be purchasing my own wedding dress here as well!
I truly cannot recommend Bacio Bacio Bridal more highly, it's a shop filled with happy, kind, generous ladies who love their jobs and will make your dress shopping experience the best part of your wedding planning! Thank you Bacio Bacio Bridal!

Had the best experience. Amy was great.very patient and supportive throughout the process. This was the first salon I went to, went to 2 others and returned to buy my dress. I am an older bride that wanted a minimalist classy style. I tried all many different styles but ultimately wound up with a great deal on a dress I love.

Amy was the most helpful and knowledgeable consultant I had while shopping for my wedding dress. She opened my eyes to what could be done with dresses and was very receptive to what I was looking for and what would go with my outdoor venue. I did not end up getting my dress here, but I would highly recommend shopping here and having Amy assist you in your journey to find your dress.

Amy was so wonderful in helping me find my perfect wedding dress. I had been to three other stores but Amy at Bacio Bacio made me feel relaxed. Amy was super knowledgeable about the different styles, and she listened to the details and parts of each dress I liked to help me narrow it down to one that I absolutely loved. 10 out of 10! The store was clean, and all of the dresses were hung along the walls in a fashion that made them easy to look through. They had a good selection of all different styles of dresses. The prices were fair and affordable from some of their designers. Amy made me feel confident about the turn around time that the dress would be ordered in and their in house alterations would give me plenty of time to make sure it arrived and fit perfectly before my big day.

I went to Bacio Bacio Bridal for the first time on Monday, and let me tell you it was the best experience I could have had especially as a plus size bride. Krystal assisted me while I was there, she was kind, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable! She helped bring me out of my comfort zone and put me in a mermaid gown, that let me tell you was absolutely stunning on me but I wouldn’t have picked it for myself. It was my first time ever looking at wedding dresses and I didn’t even have to go looking anywhere else, I know as soon as Krystal zipped the back that it was my gown! Every gown I tried on I would have been over the moon in love with. It was such an amazing and personal experience and I couldn’t thank Bacio and Krystal enough!
