It's expensive because it's a tourist area, but the burgers are huge. America is also different. It's delicious, so you can try it ^^

Food was excellent. Service was great and staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Drinks were perfect!

Clean friendly outdoor space with patio heaters to take the chill off in the colder months. Small but nice indoor seating with a lot light. Food was good portions were good also.

Good place for drinks and pub grub if you want something quick and tasty. Staff was amazing, and great music.

Back Bay is a bar outside of the Bonnet Creek Wyndham. It's easily accessible by walking past the pool and has nice views of the whole compound. The staff are hilarious here, but also really nice and quick with service. The food is good, prices aren't bad and portions are good. Most people come here for a drink.

We really enjoyed the convenience, location, and views from this restaurant. They have a nice happy hour and great atmosphere for adults or families.

The cheese fries presentation was absolutely horrendous.they really could try harder considering how much people pay to come here and how much it costs for the food I feel like they dropped the ball on presentation! It was the wrong plate and the wY the cheese was on the fries by the time we got to the bottom it was mushy.smaller plate and maybe drizzle the cheese and sour cream not just a vat of cheese poured on top. It's definitely overpriced for what it is. 22 bucks for a burger with super thick uncooked bacon and I opted for no side because I didn't want more fries and it was still 22 bucks smh.think about the customer and how much they're spending at the hotel already. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me

We ordered the funnel fries, they were so nasty, no one could eat it. This fries were not fresh, they were old fries that they refried. I do not recommend anyone to order anything, since they served old funnel fries as freshly made. You wonder what else are they selling that is old. I for sure would not be ordering ever from this place, last thing I need on my vacation is to get sick do to their food.

This place was perfect for a quick bite to eat. I expected typical bar food that was just bland and generic. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The jalapeño burger was excellent and we also had the sweet Thai chili chicken tenders. Tons of flavor.

Genesis was our server and she was also wonderful. If you’re here and need a great and casual meal, be sure to stop here.

Prompt service and convenient location next to the pool. I ordered the chicken strips and you could tell they were those mass-produced frozen chicken strips that you can get at the supermarket. The menu is limited to the basics, but you'd expect that given the setting.

Edgar was an amazing server! The bbq wings are pretty good here, the margarita was legit and the funnel cake fries are a must!

Food was good, drinks were ok. Greek salad and mahi mahi sandwich were the best I had from the menu. Our server Daniel was extremely on point, even when dealing with other customers he'd keep an eye out for when your drink/water was running low to check if you needed anything.

Our waitress, Pierina was very friendly and gave great service. The food was good and great atmosphere

Our waiter was great, but the food was barely OK and the number of ducks making a mess in the seating area is a major health hazard. Sorry, but not a fan. Need to clean and reset completely.

My daughter and her friend ate here for lunch. Everything was fine until they placed their order for food. This is when the wait began. Daughters friend ordered a sandwich and my daughter ordered a salad, which took my er 30 minutes for them to recieve. When the food was delivered their server Carmelo G told them that their food would be on the house due to the excessive wait. He disappeared and returned a while later after not checking to see if they needed anything, or refilling drinks, to offer them desert, which they declined since they had already been there much longer than planned. They asked for boxes for their leftover food which took approximately 15 minutes for him to bring back to the table. Keep in mind he has still not provided a bill, since he told them that the meal was in the house, due to the wait. They boxed their food and started to leave when they were stopped by Carmelo and asked where they were going. They stated that they were leaving and he then told them that they hadn’t paid. At this point my daughter, who works in a restaurant, reminded him that he had comped their meals, to which he replied that he was only offering to comp desert which was never stated initially. At this point my daughter and friend were angry and frustrated and told Carmelo to bring the Bill.this then took another 15 minutes, they paid and left. Not sure if Carmelo is a bad server or just stupid but we will never return here!

I had the worst burger of my life at this restaurant. Small overcooked. The cheese was melted so much most of it has been cooked off. The service was slow the only 5 star thing about this place was the prices. Don't pay 5 Star prices for a 1 star burger.
