The place is good and the many people do their best to give you a good attention, but there is a chubby lady with blue eyes that is quite rude and her customer service is terrible! According to her I was late for the appointment they scheduled for me, they supposedly called me twice and sent me an email, and they had my phone number wrong, all this after scolding me, ironic!
I really appreciate what all the staff have done for me. I came there in great pain and I’m getting better. I still got a little while to go but feeling much better from where I started

All the staff is wonderful here. Today I had pain at a level of 5-6 in my back, neck, shoulder, arm, etc. After being adjusted by Dr. Michael Jefferson I feel a million times better. Big sigh of relief! So grateful for the treatments with him and Sarah Sophia today which really helped and fixed me up!
Staffs in that location don't pick up the phone I had to call other locations to get help
