Bought my boat here. Sales (Robert) is awesome to deal with. Service once again awesome to deal with. The boat is awesome as well no regrets what so ever. They stand behind they're product highly recommend a sportsman.

Buyer beware do not buy or get service/warranty work done here. I bought my boat here and we agreed on terms then prior to picking the boat up of course owner said he wasn’t going to honor the deal. I purchased boat anyway and then brought boat in for a leak in hardtop and spider cracks in transom rear which sportsman factory didn’t push the fiberglass into the crevices which caused this - all which was under warranty. When I picked boat up a week later they didn’t fix the spider cracks but charged sportsman the labor for doing nothing and then I had to pay for hardtop to be fixed which they didn’t fix it! Go figure this place is a fraud and should have their sportsman dealer capability revoked. Please go somewhere else the drive will be well worth it in the long run! Only positive about this place is my salesman was a good guy (Tom) but he can’t bite the hand that feeds him.

My wife and I picked up our new Sportsman 232 Open yesterday from Backwater2Bluewater. Our salesman Robert was the best in helping us with the whole boat process and gave us an amazing experience in our purchase.

Our boat was super spotless when we arrived to pick it up and Robert did an outstanding job presenting the boat's features.

We just took delivery of our 2021 232 from B2B and had a great experience. Tommy was great to work with start to finish and I was impressed with the service team as well. They noticed an issue during prep with the console door (door installed by manufacturer was too small) so they proactively had one overnighted and installed the morning I was scheduled to pick it up. Last year I bought a 232 open from Backwater 2 Bluewater. I read a lot of reviews about how amazing the customer service is, which is was. Now, I'm here to tell you, service has been just as amazing. We had a few items we needed fix on the boat and Dave in Service has provided top notch customer service. Our salesman, Robert, has stayed connected with us as well. I'm very impressed with this dealership. Don't think twice if you are thinking about buying a Sportsman in the Jacksonville area. GO THIS PLACE.you will be happy.

Obviously the first part. The second part did not need the romance. Crocodile did not have enough footage. I guess they saved upon vfx. Producer should be blamed for a bad sequence

I just Purchased a 2017 Regal 33OBX from Backwater 2 Bluewater on June 9th 2020 and my experience could not have been better. My salesman Robert was outstanding from start to finish. I read some of the earlier reviews of this company and agin my experience could not have been the opposite. The owner of the company actually took us out for our sea trial personally. I am not an easy person to deal with and as busy as Robert was, he always was receptive and got back to me, even if it was after hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone purchasing a vessel. Robert gets FIVE STARS in my book.

Great experience for a first time boat buyer. Tommy communicated well before, during, and after. The sea trial was seamless and thorough. Their detail team was meticulous in cleaning the boat to deliver it in pristine condition. Perhaps most importantly, when I discovered an issue with a seat cushion after getting the boat home, Tommy was able to start a warranty claim with just a few pictures. Easy all around.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE/ exceptional work. What happened to this place? The new "service manager", Andy, was very offensive. He told my husband " tough s+" in regards to our repair. When my husband asked him to repeat what he had said, he lied and said he said something else.

Please consider hiring a professional manager. We do not want to take our business elsewhere but will be forced to do so unless you get rid of this bad apple. Please consider how your paying customers should be treated and spoken. This is a bad apple that will cause you to lose business.
I will not give my money/business to a company that allows their managers to speak to their customers this way.
ITS IMPORTANT TO SHARE: the actual work done was exceptional. Apparently the manager doesn't even work on the boats?

Just purchased a new Sportsman Masters 227. Everything went smoothly and delivered as promised. Robert was easyto work with.

I began working with Steve at Blackwater to Bluewater a little over a month ago. I did a lot of research and compared prices from different dealers. I told Steve what another dealer quoted me and we agree on a deal for $52,000 out the door price on a Tournament 214 with trolling motor, jack plate, and trim tabs.

I signed a contract and gave a deposit. They then began the rigging of the boat with the promise to be completed by the end of the week. This is when things get crazy.

A few days after we sign the contract, Steve calls me and tells me his boss is upset for him selling the boat that cheap, and stated it would be a loss for the company. I tell him I understand, but you and I signed a contract. He stated he would continue working with the owner and he would figure it out.

Over a week passes and he won't return my phone calls. I finally get ahold of him and to make a long story short, he tells me they can't do the deal we agreed on, and tried to get me to pay a few more thousand. I explained to him I do not do business like this and if this is how they do business I want nothing to do with them.

Beware! They will tell you anything to get you in, then lie and not honor the contract. Terrible company and dishonest.

P. S. I heard a lot of bad stories on them before I went there.should have listened to my gut and stayed away.
