Backwoods Airboat Adventures, Christmas FL

WOW what a great time we had with Chelsea at Backwoods Airboat Adventures! Chelsea is a great tour guide & knows all the best places to take you to see the most alligators, birds & cattle. She answered many of our questions & oh man, can she handle that airboat! We really appreciated the small boat experience. There were 6 of us total. We passed another humongous airboat that had at least 20 people on it. That was not for us! I highly recommend Backwoods Airboat Adventures! We will definitely use them again when we’re in the area!

Highly recommend this airboat ride. Chelsea was very professional and friendly. She was very informative and made sure we saw plenty of wildlife. Also a smaller airboat for a more personal feel.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Chelsea today! Saw a bunch of gators, birds and so much more! She was a great captain with a lot of personal knowledge of the area. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent time, would recommend Backwoods airboat tour. Chelsea knew where the alligators were, seen lots. Was more personal than the other tours. There was another couple on the tour so we were able to see everything without getting blocked by other people. For a more personal tour I'd recommend Backwoods.

It was more than I expected.
I was a bit fearful at first, but the beauty and the peacefulness of this tour took my breath away. Chelsea who is the tour guide was not just a
Tour guide her personality was impeccable and her character did not disappoint, she was very impressive with her knowledge and shared her stories which were very interesting. I was impressed by her ability to operate the airboat, she is a badass with confidence like no other. I highly recommend! This whole experience was the best yet of our trip Thank you for sharing this experience with us! We will meet again.

What a thrilling adventure! We saw many large gators, beautiful birds and breathtaking scenery. Chelsea answered our calls and responded back promptly. She made it such a fun trip and stopped a few times to explain the history of the area and the animals. Would definitely highly recommend this trip to everyone. I can check that off my bucket list. Awesome!

Chelsea took great care of us. She is knowledgeable and so kind. The boat ride was an awesome experience. We got to see a bunch of Florida wildlife while cruising around in her cool air boat. It was a wonderful tour. Thanks Chelsea!

Totally recommend this adventure when you are in Florida! Definitely a must! She made it fun and entertaining. She stopped in certain places to teach you about the history and how the science works. We couldn’t of asked for a better time!

We had a wonderful airboat ride tour. We saw a lot of alligators, learned some history and experienced all the capabilities of the air boat on land on water and through grass. We saw the awesome alligator infested bald Cedarwoods, Infested with alligators just like in the eerie movies. Chelsea was a great hostess, and a wonderful airboat operator. I highly recommend this tour. This tour was the highlight of our trip to Orlando area.

Captain Tony was AWESOME, lots of local knowledge, gave us a great ride and experience - well worth the drive out!

What an amazing journey! Capt. Chelsea was very knowledgeable in all areas that we had questions about. She gave us the adventure of a lifetime. We were celebrating our mothers 96th birthday and Chelsea made sure that mom was as comfortable as possible. We were even able to take our dog on the ride. She is so blessed to have a job that makes her so happy and that she is good at. If ever in this area, this is definitely a stop to make. Thanks, Chelsea for a marvelous time. We will be back if we are ever in Florida again.

Just had a great trip with Chelsea as our captain- did a super job and we cannot say enough positive things about the experience and her professionalism and knowledge of the area. Highly recommend as a Florida experience and opportunity to see this part of Florida. LOTS of alligators and other wildlife even with the water lower than usual. Fantastic job and ride.

Had a great trip with Chelsea. Very knowledgeable, and ensured we saw plenty of alligators, as well as numerous other eagles, ospreys etc. Cannot fault Backwoods Airboat Adventures.

Great experience! Chelsea was AMAZING. She showed us all the wildlife that were along the river. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to show us around, really made us feel welcome. It's a smaller boat so it felt more personable than some of the bigger boats I've been on and we got to go back into the woods and really get a feel for the bald cypress forest. Some tours I have been on just went around a lake but, we got to go down the river, this felt more authentic to Florida. I would highly recommend this tour
