Backyard Miami Beach

OMG, so bad. Ordered Nachos we’re cold with Cheese Wiz on top. But worst was electronic checkout bill. 18% tip includes (typical on Beach) but machine recommended 18,20,22% additional and waiter didn’t say.

I recently stayed the night at Marseilles and spent the day at the pool after the cruise. Our waiter Colombia Mauricio went above and beyond getting us what we needed

Great burger! It’s so flavorful that ketchup wasn’t even needed. The service is exceptional. They bring it to wherever you’re seated on the beach. Having lunch with the view of this beach is just amazing. You don’t have to worry about leaving your spot to grab food and being paranoid that someone will take your spot/belongings. The portions they give is also a lot. For a location like this on the beach with the service they provide and the portion of food, the price is great!

Nice ambiance, good service, but the crab sliders were made o imitation crab… they tasted good but can never compare to real crab meat and are second rate food. Feel cheated!

Loved the crêpes from the stand at the beach entrance! Service was ok, slow and there weren’t many people there. But the atmosphere made up for it! Drinks were ok. I’ll be back. Chill nice hangout spot.

Food and drinks were ok; but service sucked. Fiance and I went next door and had 100 times more fun. Much better places around.

Bianca is the best bartender I have encountered. You will have an awesome time when Bianca is working!

We tired to eat here.but we couldn't get anyone to come take our order. We walked up to the cashier desk when we got here. Asked about how the restaurant worked, if we just sit anywhere or wait to be seated. She said you can sit anywhere and I will come take your order. So we sat and waited.the waitress served everyone around us and made eye contact with us a few times but never came to the table. The final straw was when another couple came in and sat down and was immediately served, we had been there about 15 minutes waiting. As soon as we got up and started walking out, the waitress walked over to our table to push the chairs back in. Making it very obvious that she did not want to serve us, for whatever reason. I don't know why but she lost out on really good tips. Honestly I'm upset and wish I knew what it was about my family that made her decide we didn't deserve to eat here. We went to the next place over, High Tide. The service at High Tide was immediate and amazing, I highly recommend High Tide restaurant at the Surfcomber Hotel in South Beach. I will never stay at the Marseilles and I will never try to eat at the Backyard restaurant because of our experience. My feelings were hurt by the treatment we received there without even being served. I hope this never happens to anyone else's family.

The best place to have a great time with your friends and family… exquisite food, super atmosphere, unparalleled attention, all the staff, and definitely the most excellent attention you can receive. I love it to much?

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Miami Beach. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing, service is great, the manager Máxime could not have been a nicer and more genuine person to deal with. He was very courteous, made us as the customer, feel very comfortable and never treated us with anything but respect. He called to follow-up and again was very good to work with.
I will definitely come back.

Mauricio Colombia was amazing. He took great care of us. His suggestions for cocktails were spot on and he made us feel right at home. He anticipated all our needs and was very attentive. I am looking forward to coming back and having him take care of us.
