Jessica not only helped me locate the name of the cross member I needed for my trailer, but she went completely out of her way to have me email her a picture of the exact item. This was to ensure she had the correct item in stock, and she was able to cut it to size. What was most surprising was that she was still willing to help, even after she realized it was not a trailer manufactured by them. My car mechanic recommended this boat trailer shop to repair my old steel trailer. Felipe, the main man, quoted me for the change out plus some welding to reinforce rust. I dropped it off Saturday and he called me Monday afternoon that it was ready. I got there and I discovered that they did not do the welding but they replaced the parts. Plus they improved my light wiring, gave me safer chains and switched rusted u bolts for stainless steel. This was all under the same quote. I wish that all businesses would run like this. Not only are they courteous and do professional work but they under promise and over deliver. I am going to bring my big boat trailer for them to do major work. I have no problem recommending this excellent boat trailer shop and I trust they will treat all their clients like they treated me. Management and staff are excellent and I left telling them I would make public my praises!
