Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii reviews
17Staff was very standoffish, coffee tasted burnt and unpleasant, I asked for almond milk but am pretty sure I got regular milk. I’m lactose intolerant and my stomach is cramping right now from it and I feel nauseous. Had to pour half of it out because as much as I didn’t want to waste the overpriced coffee it was just really unpleasant to drink. Would not recommend coming here in the morning at least, I regret tipping.
I was visiting Florida from the west coast, expecting the quality of service and food from your typical Starbucks to be better but neither of those things came to fruition. Their customer service was borderline nonexistent and their coffee was trash. I ended up going to the Starbucks next to them.
I am not kidding when I say I drove 45 minutes to come here and it did not disappoint. I ordered the three waves iced latte which was phenomenal then my friend ordered an iced chai, which was also very good (coming from someone who doesn’t really like chai). The staff were incredibly nice and fast. I also love the feeling the place gives off. Will for sure be making the 45 minute drive again!
Best coffee shop in town. We visit 5 to 6 times a week. We love this shop and the employees here are awesome.
Terrible experience. They don’t allow paying customers to use their restroom. No seating indoor or outdoor.
It's always nice to treat yourself to great coffee and stay away from the chains like Starbucks. Tale the time to enjoy the experience and not a drive-through!
Not sure why this is so highly rated! Their coffee just isn't that great, honestly, and I've given it several tries. Starbucks is actually more consistent, and their espresso are about the same. There isn't a lot of ambience or good seating either. When you walk in the people working are on their phones.
I really really want to like them since they are close but, every time I've ordered a latte I've gotten a burn-your-tongue cappucino, (literally) meaning the baristas just aren't trained well.: (
Honestly, McDonald’s has better coffee and food. The coffee was 4/10 and the food was 1/10. What a shame to have such a cool company name and prime location
A quaint little coffee shop with quite a number of hot and cold coffee and teas options as well as a small menu for food.
This was a really nice coffee shop. It's near NAS Pensacola which is great if you work on base. The service was friendly and they did a really good job on the Carmel Wave frozen coffee I ordered.
First, the coffee is good and the staff is nice. BUT.now that there's a Starbucks this location needs to up their game. The bathroom is run down and doesn't even have a mirror or towel dispenser/dryer. The dining furniture is not cozy. Food options are really limited. Their beverage cooler has 2-3 choices.
I’ve had better at other locations. This location fires members of the LGBTQ+ community, even if they are good hard working people. There’s much better coffee shops in the area, that aren’t a chain, take your business elsewhere!
Super helpful staff, one of the best coffee shops in Perdido key. Thank you for a great experience
FIRED A WORKER FOR BEING TRANS! This business is disgusting, come to this unwelcoming environment if your okay with that! But hopefully you rethink your morals.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m really disappointed in this place and the discrimination against their employees. Do better. 0/5
Disappointed on how unfriendly and unwelcoming this business is to LGBTQ members. Good thing there are PLENTY of good coffee shops around here in Pensacola like: Fosko, The Drowsy Poet, Coffee guy cafe. Just to name a few, don’t waste your money on this overpriced, unwelcoming cafe when you can go somewhere far better.
