I have credit on Badcock for years but they changed the financial company on that company you pay 3 time of the product you buying for example I try to get a living room set the cost is the 3000 I need to pay to the new financial company 12000 on 24 month is a lot of money

It was great experience! The way the world is going now. I do not like to going out anywhere. I did not want to go out of the house. I am very thankful for Ms Evalina on 56th Street. She made me feel comfortable, she was very helpful in finding things that fit my budget. She made sure, that my needs were taking care of. I thank her for that.

The customer service was excellent and I would recommend anyone to shop there the stuff they make you comfortable and it help you throughout the whole experience

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent from these people. Everything is all good until the sale is made, after that, forget it! I made a purchase from them & was set up on autopay, w/the help of their rep. I was not told at the time that autopay is only good for 15 months. I received a letter saying my credit was reduced due to Badcock payment history. I called & spoke with one of their reps who did nothing to help but blamed me for everything, spoke to supervisor, Kelly, same thing. No care, no concern but blame. Kelly told me she did not know why customer service did not call me. When I asked to speak with her manager & she verified my # it was wrong! I have not had that # since I bought from them many, many years ago! I told her that was incorrect & my correct # would have been on the last app from a couple years ago. Of course, I was blamed for not updating my # which is again wrong. Custoner service is horrible! They did not offer a resolution or anything, I had to ask & ai was told there is nothing they can do. I had a perfect payment history with them until this glitch & good credit & apparently it means nothing to them, a loyal, good paying customer. I am going tonpay them for the 2 months that apparently fell off autopay but I will not do business with them again. Please beware & take your business elsewhere! If this is the appreciation for your customers, I don't want any parts. I'm sure someone else will be glad to receive my business!

Bought this sofa at #Badcock furniture and they said they never had any problems with these couches. They sent a guy out to look at it and he said they’ll have to replace this. Weeks went by and I heard nothing!
This was around a $1,500 sofa. I guess I should have bought it somewhere else and I will next time for sure! Did they stand by their word and honor the warranty?

My visit today at Babcock Home Furniture was very good! My Sales Associate Ms. Miranda Keaton was very pleasant, very helpful and greeted me with a Smile! Always loved Babcock Home Furniture and with great Associates like Ms. Miranda, it makes visiting this establishment that much more Pleasant! I took my daughter and husband here for a refrigerator and stove. She was denied credit. Her husband, who is a military vet, was asked a series of questions, there seem to be an issue with his ID, he gave the manager an explanation because it didn't have JR on there. He had to go home and came back with his birth certificate. He moved here from TX some years ago. He finally was given 200.00 worth of credit. They had been through enough for the day. She was able to apply online got approved but her payments would be 71.00 a week, $284.00 if it's 4 weeks and more if it's 5 weeks. I didn't go through all of this. I refer someone before 2 years ago from NY and she was approved instantly. I was disappointed I came in person spoke with the same manager and added the items on my account, he wrote up the range, cord and stove. My husband picked up the items 9/21/2021 minus the missing cord, I called regarding the cord and was told I can use my old one or buy one. I found my work order it had a cord on the order. I called back and was advised it didn't go through the System but he didn't give me that invoice to reflect that I advised the same Manager that he Need's to give me an updated invoice, he agreeded he should have at the time of purchase. Now I have to go back there for this.

Went into store on 56th street looking for bunk beds for my grandchildren and was pleasantly surprised with the service provided from looking to cashing out! Amazing! Highly recommend!

Miranda and Sammy went above and beyond to help me with the program to get me a stove and they were so understanding and didn't give up on me til I was approved. I will definitely be referring them. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE ALL OF MY FURNITURE HERE TIL MY HOUSE IS FULLY REMODELED

I just want to say that the Assistant Manager (Amanda) was very kind and patient in explaining everything and showing me the sofas. Thank you very much for her attention to me since she looked at me she offered and ask me if I needed help with something. Since the other lady (worker) who was next to her did Not even tell me Hello or if I needed help with something when I got there. She completely ignored me. I give Amanda (Assistance Manager) a 10 for all her help and kindness.
