Staff in store was super nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable too. The delivery driver was absolutely amazing! He deserves all the compliments. So friendly, involved my grandchildren, answered all their questions and made them feel a part of the process.

We've been shopping at this specific store for 4 years now. And every time we get to work with Bonnie, we're never disappointed! She has always been honest and helps us to pick out what is perfect for our large family. She's never afraid to tell us when she thinks an item won't hold up to our family's needs and steers us towards what will. She always treats us like we're million dollar customers even when we come in looking like a train wreck. And let's face it, we always look that way with 3 kids under 3 lol. I'm pretty sure the last visit, I had baby vomit in my hair. Thank you Bonnie for always making me feel welcome, and for genuinely caring about my family and our needs. Even if we only see you when we come to Badcock, you will always be like part of our family! Thank you for all that you do!

Warren Whyte assisted me and was the perfect balance of checking on me but not crowding me. He was knowledgeable about the inventory, delivery info, pricing, protection plan, etc. Professional, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Great experience! I will return for future purchases!

because of the service we received whenever we go there.

Wanted a sofa and love seat love seat wasn't available until next year ask the sales associate if I can have the one on display her boss says no so I had to get two sofas instead a little disappointed because it will be a tight fit for my living room but I got them because I want new furniture before Christmas

We purchased couch in April 2019 and bought 3 year extended warranty. Were told the couch would not peel. Only used couch 6 months each year. Couch peeling under seat pillow top. Went to store with pictures. They said warranty did not cover but they would check. 3 days later told not covered due to liquid spilled and not promptly clean. This never happened. Told to contact customer service. We did and claim filed with pictures requested. 2 weeks later no response. Emailed again and were told we needed to send pictures. We sent again and requested conformation. No answer. Phoned and was told pictures received but claim denied due to spill. Ask to receive email but never happened. Would never buy there again!

Sales Associate, Bonnie, was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions with ease. I’ve shopped with Badcock in the past and will continue in the future. I can hardly wait for my furniture delivery.

First time ever being in the store, and it will not be the last! Bonnie saleswoman was amazing! Wanting new living room furniture everywhere else was out of stock and wait time was 12 -14 weeks. Bonnie assured me delivery would be within 5 days.and it was. The delivery men were very professional and pleasant.

We buy things often at Badcock, but today we felt like the person waiting on us was pushy and tried to get us to buy a piece of furniture twice as expensive as we wanted to pay.
We will go back because this is the first time the customer service person has done this to us.

The furniture shopping experience I had was outstanding. Warren was the Sales Person and he was great, he displayed no pressure at all and he was very professional from start to finish. I will shop there again without any doubt. The furniture was Fairly priced and they had an excellent delivery team that were there when they said they would be, I couldn't be more pleased.
