Employees was excellent, I was in a rush 1-4-23 to purchase queen bedrail only & Michelle who got help from a gentleman to make sure the type of rails is correct. Pickup was on 1-6-23 a friendly gentleman Dekimby who place my merchandise in the car, full of laughter. Thank you so much

Ms. Billie was my angel when I walked in the door. She knew who I was soon as we looked at each other. Her spirit is beautiful and she’s just amazing! She made everything so pleasant and easy for me! I went to the Normandy store to buy all my living room furniture. I had the absolute best experience. They have excellent customer service and a reasonable prices. Miss Billie helped me out she’s the best thing since sliced bread I would strongly recommend anyone shop with them. I love my furniture.

I deal with the store on Normandy Blvd. In the beginning they was on point and had great customer service. Here recently I had some service issues on a washer that I was buying from them and already 5 days in and still not fixed.talked with two separate people with very different answers to the problem. So in the end called corporate and I got the customer service you expect. So tech is scheduled. Should be fixed soon.

This place gives you the run around when it comes time to use your appliance insurance it’s been two months with out a washer and still playing games with these people but this place expects payment to be made on time when they give you the run around with the below average appliance insurance

Art helped us out with our purchase of a new couch. We knew what we wanted we told him and he walked through the store to see what was on the show room. We liked two of them. When we finally made our decision he helped every step of the way.

Alexis is an absolute gem! We went in knowing we wanted a bed with an adjustable frame but there are quite a few options to choose from, Alexis was so knowledgeable about everything that we were able to make a comfortable decision in no time. She was so nice we never felt rushed and most importantly to me she didn’t hover us like some salesmen making you uncomfortable.
