Extremely dissatisfied with Badcock furniture I purchase a dinette that cost me over $1000 and within a year the chairs are bending and my son even fell off. Upon having someone come out and check on them we were told that there was nothing they can do because it is not a warranty defect and we would have to look for chairs that match “the kind of people that we are” by that I guess she meant tall heavy weight people and I felt extremely discriminated. She offered me a 15% credit which would be about $110 towards the purchase of six new chairs. This does absolutely nothing for us. Why would I purchase furniture from a company that wont replace unsafe furniture?

We have been customers of Badcock for many years and the quality of the furniture is not only disappointing but extremely unsafe. I know point that I asked for my money back I just wanted replacement chairs that can hold my family at dinner safely. I will not recommend this company and take my business elsewhere.

Have been buying furniture here for years. They really have some hidden! My daughter bought her first bedroom set and mattress from Gloria. She is always extremely helpful. She knows the quality we like and makes amazing recommendations. My daughter’s bedroom set is beautiful and constructed of solid wood! The set is heavy, uses long screws to hold the bed together. Everything was well packaged. It took 3-4 hrs to put together but it was not going to go anywhere it is so strong and we’ll constructed. I was very impressed. My daughter will have for years!

I live in Miramar and will not go anywhere but Plantation for Gloria to provide the excellent service that keeps me coming back. She makes me feel like a part of something special

I would like to express how satisfied I am with the entire staff especially Gloria always supportive and compassionate whenever I come in to purchase an item she’s just absolutely amazing I would also like to thank the store manager for his support and always pleasant as well as getting me approved for financing with such compassion as well I am absolutely happy with my experience as well as being a loyal customer.

Poor customer service. I will never buy furniture from Badcock of south Florida. I don’t know where to start. My Installation crew poorly assembled my bed frame and broke a piece. They never fixed it. I tried calling the customer service department but they said they couldn’t replace it. Also, there was a issue with my payment and someone from badcock came to my house screaming at me. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Please keep your options open. It is easy to get furniture here but it’s not worth the disrespect and poor customer service. The company isn’t bad. It’s just south fl of badcock needs to improve their customer service. I recently bought a washer from another badcock location in central fl and didn’t have any issues. Please do your research before buying from this location.
