Poorly engineered furniture. I've had my sofa for LITERALY 2 days and I cant get it to stay together. Every time I recline the sofa separates into pieces. This is frustrating as HECK
We have been shopping at the Badcock location in Green Cove Springs for almost a year now. Emily has been an absolute joy to work with, in fact, if she isn't in we will leave and come back on her next work day in. She goes above and beyond. She has never shown anything but amazing customer service. She is a blessing to this community.

The associate was efficient friendly and professional. We have been looking and been to several stores. Since badcock is in ny neighborhood, we went in to see what they have. They are cheaper with the sake going on plus the 10% off if you register online. Happy with the experience.
