Badcock Home Furniture &more, Bradenton FL

The Badcock store in Bradenton had exactly what I was looking for in a sectional couch. I would definitely visit this store for other purchases.

Ordered bedroom set beginning of February. Was told they had stock on it. Just told us won't be in until mid June. Over priced, lies, stay away from this store! Not worth the headache. Go to Kanes!

My sales representative was Flores, D. She was a joy! The sofa I fell in love with was tiny with me sitting on it. I did not buy so this score is based off my sales representative going over and beyond. She offered to pull the catalog to show me more options and it was very helpful. Without buying I can not score the financing/buying or deliver side. The store will help you!

I was in the store for over 15 minutes looking and sitting on several pieces of furniture, no one offered to help me or even said hello.

On deliver day I didn’t get my tables I order the tables wasn’t even on my order but was on my order form I got. Very unprofessional the sales associate was supposed to call me to let me know about my tables on why they didn’t get deliever

I was pleasantly surprised! Nice people, very helpful. We went with the intention of looking and ended up finding a deal on a quality piece of furniture.

Lots of stuff to choose from but be weary of the prices and the build quality of some of the furniture.

Very blah, no colors no styles in their furniture. Very hard to find anyone who worked there. Parking lot in front consists of 4 spaces.

Love the customer service at the Cortez store. Yesenia is awesome help, and the manager Michelle is great too.

The furniture here is really nice and they finance, I believe everyone. If you have good credit, you will find this store, although very nice, a little overpriced. If you don't have credit, you will hit the jackpot shopping here if you need a monthly payment

My husband and I bought a beautiful living room set, couch, over sized chair and ottoman. The delivery came yesterday (early even which I appreciated) I couldn’t have been more pleased with the 2 gentleman. John and Dimy were super professional and also engaging and funny, they put it all together and made me completely comfortable to have 2 men in my home by myself, they weren’t even annoyed with my overly obnoxious chihuahua! Thanks John and Dimy! I hope when we purchase other items (bedroom set i think) that you’ll be the guys delivering!

If i can i will give 0 stars! The manager Michelle is a very disrespectful and arrogant person! She need to take lesson of how to treat your 3 years costumers! The only person who is very Helpful and kind is Jessenia she is the best! I been sending costumers since 2012 to Jessenia!

Our experience was awesome, customer service was great, deliver of our new TV and entertainment center was awesome. We are happy customers.

Bought washer and dryer just to find out on delivery they didn't include the hoses vent or even the plugs to the washer and dryer so that I could use them I have bought washers and dryers before and they always included these items and the delivery men installed them for me is it me being out of bounds or am I right in being upset

Had A horrible experience at the Florida city Badcock came to visit family in Bradenton and stopped in the Badcock in the Cortez location the manager Michelle and her crew were so kind and generous I bought my self a new living room set and hauling it all the way to narnja fl.make sure yu come visit them.
