The place is great, nice selection of plants and fish, and well displayed. The only negative thing is they have a big dog behind the counter. I was told he was temperamental, and not to touch him. I personally don’t feel they have They have any business having a dog with that disposition for the customers to be near. The two guys were very friendly and helpful. As for the woman,

Such an awesome experience building our first aquarium. We knew nothing walking in and everyone in the store was beyond helpful in choosing a tank, plants, getting the water right and finally choosing fish. They were wonderful with our 4 year old son who is so interested in the whole process. Couldn’t have picked a better place and we will never go anywhere else!

Best local fish store! All the animals are extremely well taken care of and look healthy. I value this especially knowing how fish are treated in big-chain pet stores. The staff are super friendly- great customer service. They are also knowledgeable about all things aquatic!

Alexa is extremely knowledgeable and has the best selection of freshwater fish and plants around. I only get my fish from BadFish.

One of the most unique freshwater aquarium stores! One visit and you will be hooked. This store has the charm, the selection, and amazing people there to help you! The prices are beyond reasonable too. If you have been shopping at stores that are chains, please stop, and start supporting these stores. On one visit they even helped me carry the bags to my car! I purchased quite the selection of fish and plants I have never even seen before. I have to mention the most incredible betta selection you may ever see in your entire LIFE!

I come here too often every fish I have gotten from Badfish has made it and been in great health.

This is a destination, not just a fish store! Beautifully set up tanks, lots of healthy fish, plants, and supplies. There are always unique fish/shrimps you normally don't see. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

The best freshwater aquarium store in PBC. They have a huge selection of fish, shrimp, snails and plants! The owner is always very helpful and will answer any questions you have. I always find myself coming back here every month or so to see what new fish they bring in. Definitely check this place out if you have a freshwater tank!

It was my first time at this store, they were great. Very kind and very helpful. They take great care of there tanks and store. By far the cleanest fish store I’ve been to in Florida. Tanks where clearly we’ll maintained, the fish looked very healthy. They had a really great selection of fish, plants, and hard scape. I spent about 20 minutes at the store and the employees where helpful answering my questions, they also held the stuff I had decided on for me at the register so I didn’t have to walk around the store with a handful of stuff. Overall this store is excellent and I can’t recommend it enough. Definitely in my opinion the best around for people who love planted tanks and unique fish.
