The gentleman that delivered were awesome. The delivery was to be made between 12: 45 pm and 3: 45 pm. They showed up at 5: 45 pm so I sat here all day for nothing. Not happy with that service at all.

Jenn was so knowledgeable and patient she told us the different features of the many mattresses. She turned a stressful purchase, into an experience. Graciously without making us feel pressured. Delivery and set up was seamless.

Loved working with Tory at Baer’s to furnish our new house! The furniture is high quality and stylish - Tory was amazingly helpful as we transitioned to a “Florida Style” and as we overcame our “overwhelmedness” of furnishing a house from scratch!

Half the order was not on the truck. The customer experience was sub optimal.

Love the bed but did not know it was a poster bed w canapy style until delivery man told me. It’s missing two posts to connect poster bed. I will call baers and see if they have them

I absolutely love my new dining room! When it was delivered, it was pouring rain but the Men who delivered the furniture were so conscious of not wetting my floors or dirtying anything. The sales person was very professional and helpful; even coming to our residence to measure to assure the piece could be delivered through a narrow hall and small door. The piece that he helped us select has proven to be perfect for the room and our use.

Our interior designer, Elaine Mack was great. She met us at our new home. She had a great feeling for our new home. Listened to us and infused some of her great design ideas too! Elaine understood and did her best to stay within our budget.

It's a furniture store. Sales people and furniture is all. I must say, we got a leather couch from them over three years ago, bought the extended warranty. The leather started cracking after a few years. Bears covered the couch by giving us 100% of what we paid for it, but we had to apply the money toward a new couch from them, which was ok I guess. Other than that, they are just like any other furniture store, with their price mark being mid-level.

Baers is always a great experience. Nice quality and awesome sales people. You will not regret shopping at baers! If you go to the Naples store, ask for elaine mack. She'll take great care of you.

Delivery of our two slipper chairs today was fast and very professional. This is our third delivery from Baer’s and we couldn’t be happier!
