In January I placed a large order for living room furniture including several custom chairs and pillows. I was told I could expect delivery by May. I was informed today that my custom chairs won't be available until Oct. As I can't use the room without chairs, the pieces that are available are useless. I would not have ordered custom furniture if I had known it would be at least 10 months.

UPDATE 10/17/22
Custom chairs have been delayed until Dec.due to a framing issue, but Cathy Baer was kind enough to deliver two loaner chairs as we're hosting a baby shower and a family reunion over the next two months. I appreciate that they were willing to work with us.

Awesome customer service. Delivery was top notch. On time and did a wonderful job delivering. Alex at North Palm is simply the best! Not pushy at all and spent so much time with me and offered great design help. So happy with the customer service and high quality at Baer’s! Nice to support a family owned company as well.

I’ve always found that quality and price at Baer’s is top notch. I just had 2 Lexington’s mirrors delivered. I’m very pleased and their delivery team was excellent.

The North Palm Beach Baers store was truly a pleasure to shop at. Charles was a very nice and knowledgeable guide and he showed us many different things to consider with zero pressure to buy. The team there did exactly what they said they’d do. I really appreciate their professionalism and engagement as we shopped for new furniture for our home. Thank you for everything

Alex the salesman did a great job. We even got our entire order earlier than anticipated. In addition, Billy the delivery and set up man and his assistant did a great job quickly and efficiently.

On November 26, my wife and I purchased two swivel chairs ($1694) and a coffee table ($1649) for the living room (total with delivery and tax $3726) from BAER'S Furniture. (We were not new customers.) Our sale person, Tracie D, checked the delivery calendar and asked if December 1 would be ok for delivery. My wife and I each checked our calendars and said OK. There was NEVER a mention that the coffee table was on back order and would not be delivered until January. The swivel chairs were delivered today. I called and asked Tracie where the coffee table was at. She checked and said it was on back order. I told here there was no mention that the coffee table was on back order. She said it was written on the order. If you could see the paperwork we have you would have to decipher whatever the words were. Even if it were legible to us, she NEVER NEVER said it was on back order. She deceived us. Disgusting customer service.

The delivery guys were great. The couch was delayed a few times that was disappointing.
We noticed a red arrow on the arm which upon closer inspection showed a blemish in the leather.
Hoping Baer’s can repair.

I had an excellent experience at Baer's. I was so happy with their floor selection and catalogues to shop from. I worked with Dawn, who was very attentive and great to work with. I purchased a dining room set and may purchase more. I highly recommend them.

Cathy is absolutely the best she is so helpful finds just right pieces and her follow is great. She gets back to you promptly and has a very decorating sense and can help you match and fit your picks into any floor plan. Even after she wanted pictures of my set and told me how to move things around to look better. I highly recommend Cathy.

The delivery went very well. The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were neat and professional. I will definitely shop at Baers in the future when I need more furniture.

I am infuriated with Baer’s Service! I have purchased a clock, chandelier, credenza, 2 pieces of art, rocking chair, desk, kitchen table and chairs and a dining table and chairs. I bought a very expensive Howard Miller pendulum clock that we have had problems with the pendulum working since it’s delivery. We have had the clock for 8 months and have had it serviced 5-6 times. Finally, we had a wonderful service representative who said the pendulum motor was broken. He ordered the part which took over a month to arrive. Finally, “it” arrived and the service rep came to install. Well, they ordered the wrong part! More waiting!
When my dining room was delivered, 1 chair was the wrong model. I ordered a piece of art and was called to say it arrived…it was the wrong piece. This has been a very frustrating experience!
