Food was burnt, air conditioner was non- operational, waitress couldn't get the drink order right (sweet tea half sweet half unsweetened) lemonade was from the bottle lemons and when we told the waitress she just shrugged and walked away! Ugh

I am very disappointed with the restaurant. My family I arrived to this location at an entire 30 min before close and upon arriving we waited in line for at least 10 min before a young woman decided to tell us they are not seating. In her spill she mentioned last call being in 5 min which, to me means, we had five minutes to place our to go order. My 4 year old was extremely hungry and so was my entire family.

I understand protocols but to have someone wait for 10 mins before communicating this information is ridiculous and I will be contacting corporate headquarters regarding this matter because the front desk person literally allowed two families to go before us before communicating that we would not be served. Completely unprofessional establishment and because of this I will be passing the word to everyone I know about this obviously biased facility.

If I could give 0 stars for the way we were treated I would.

Not only did they not have my first order, they tried to pass off a black bean burger for black bean crumbles. Manager was unapologetic and I still walked away with a horrible meal. I will never return to this restaurant.

This place was busy, but we were able to find a seat at the bar, and the service was excellent food came out fast and was great tasting.

The food was sooo great, we also had a blast with the entertainment!
Our server was Christina H, and she was so attentive, polite, friendly, and fun.

They made my birthday special there wasn't anything for her birthday but they brought out ice cream and a candle I was impressed the food was great the Ambiance was great the busyness of the place you knew that there were a lot of people that enjoy coming there too I even stopped at the airport one because wow when you get one good flavor somewhere you might as well try it in another location and nothing changed just great food and great drink

Waitress was amazing. Food was delicious, ambiance was exactly what I wanted, the feel of a summer night In the carribean. They have the most beautiful and tasty non-alcoholic drinks. Please be sure to check out that section before ordering the usuals lol

Delicious food and drinks. Coconut shrimp tacos are the best tacos I have ever eaten. Eric had the best time and our Waitress was so fun. She gave us great suggestions for us both. Can hardly wait to get back to Florida so we can eat here again.

Really nice atmosphere and good live raggae music. The food is good and there is a wide variety to choose from.

It had been a while since my last visit to this chain restaurant but that's because they closed in my town. The ahi salad was very good and my wife's paella was delicious. Oh, and my wife uncharacteristically ordered a fancy hibiscus Margherita and loved it.

Wow what a place to eat, great food, great cocktails, great live music. This place makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. A big high 5 to Dalton the man is so happy and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place and will be back again soon

Went for lunch this time. Awesome food and great drink specials. I recommend the bahama mamma. DELICIOUS!

Wonderful service, Awesome delicious food, Beautiful scenery, and reasonable prices. I had fish tacos and coconut shrimp tacos both were wonderful. My husband had a the Cuban sandwich, the best we ever had. We ordered dessert there pineapple upside down cake it was a chocolate lava cake with a pineapple on top It didn't taste like pineapple upside down cake, however it was very delicious.

Ate here twice recently. The braised short ribs and oxtail is superb. As is the rum and coke chicken and ribs. (Special for sept/ Oct.) Our servers Katie and Sara were great. Gets busy but worth the wait. Give the rum cake a try too.

I love their empanadas and the buttermilk chicken! The atmosphere is so nice with the live band. Makes you feel like you are back on an island.

Customer service is great for 99 percent of the time. I'm a local and I've gone there many, many times. I'll be back!

Wonderful. It all was absolutely fantastic. The food was awesome, the staff was as super. Highly recommend the rum raid. Will come here again!
