Bahama Breeze reviews
19This place has many pros! Free parking, life music, outside sitting, great service, excellent food and amazing atmosphere. What else to say? Nothing! See it yourself personally and let me know if you can ever find some cons! There are none.
On Wednesday I went in the afternoon, the host had a terrible attitude, she asked for my number and said that in 20min they would write to me to get a table, we spread 40min and I never received a text, there was no apology and she told me that they forgot to write to me, the bartender and the Hostess had lousy customer service.
Not Bad, Nothing really Amazing for 5 Star but Good Enough for 4. VERY BUSY PLACE BUT IT SEEMS AS THEY HANDLE THE VOLUME VERY WELL!
Absolutely gorgeous. Our first time visiting Florida & that's the first place we went to eat. The Coconut Shrimp & Tostones with Chicken and drinks were amazing. The view were perfect. If your in Tampa, this is a must visit location.
My favorite chain restaurant location. Their food is consistently good and service has always been superb.
Fantastic service! Very flavorful food. The coconut shrimp was amazing. I was a bit leery of the citrus mustard sauce because I love cocktail sauce with shrimp and I don't normally like sweet and mustard together. BUT, that sauce is so good. Just the right balance of virtues and mustard.
Nice food and great drinks menu available here. The view is good too! The outside patio was a favorite spot for most people and there were multiple space available so you can usually get a seat out there without trouble. The server is responsive with great service. A splendid place to be for a relaxing day.
Waitress was above & beyond great, excellent time on food.also great food & hot.thanks. I will be back
Nice, laid-back place to get some very good food. Has a large selection of drinks which are very good and tropical. Food is very good and the menu has a sold variety of options with a tropical caribbean theme.
Great view, had grilled chicken was great, mixed drinks are great, live music, indoor/outdoor seating, 16page menu, plenty staff, great service!
Our favorite place ️️️ service was quick and the food was just right. Our waiter Justin was amazing! We WILL be back. Lol
Great food selection and beautiful sunset view. Make sure to call ahead if you will be going during the weekend as it can get very busy.
Great atmosphere, live music, on the bay. I suggest the sampler platter, taste of everything and very good.
Great atmosphere. Good band.
Server was slow.
Steak cooked wrong but Manager took care of it fast and comp the steak and brought out free desert. Good rebound smart manager.
Appetizer:
Stuffed yuca- not good. I'd prefer yuca fries
Conch fritters- small, but very good. I ordered another
Chowder: amazinggggg!
I ordered a salad with a citrusy balsamic sauce and it was AmazeBalls! The drinks were amazing and my server was equally amazing!
I'll be back! (Did you say it with Arnold Schwarzenegger's accent? If not please do!)
Food was Great and server was nice but our food was messed up a few times in a row. Making it take over an hour. Usually not the case here, and in their defense, we did ask for alterations from the menu due to food allergies. UPDATE: I have been back twice now and I am taking 2 more stars off. Service was pretty horrible and the food has gone way down hill. Over priced because of location I think. The kitchen, if you get a chance to peak at it.is disgusting. I was a server, kitchens don't have to look like that.
We love this place. It always has good fresh fish, nice apps (we especially like the Jamaican chicken wings), and a great drink selection. They actually give you a menu with drink prices on it which is pretty unusual. Good selection of local drafts too. If you're into it there is entertainment outside with a large outside bar and heaters if it's cool. Sunset view. Be aware this place is almost always crowded. We avoid it on the weekends when you'll have a long wait. Sometimes they have first come bar seating.

I went to BB for my besties birthday celebration. I had been here a few times before but this time was special so we actually ordered food (and took pictures!) I typically love anything with blue curacao in it so naturally I started with the Dreamin’ of Blue Seas, essentially it is a blue piña colada, albeit a very tasty colada! After the colada our very prompt and courteous waitress suggested the margarita flight. This is by far my favorite part about BB! The margarita flight is killer! BB offers three flights, I ordered two. The Mama’s Hooch & Holler is a BB best seller it includes: Bahama Mama, One Love, & Goombay Smash. The flight I favor is the more traditionally named Margarita Flight which includes: Strawberry, Hibiscus and my personal FAVORITE, the Tamarind margarita. All of the flavors are very balanced and I can say the cocktail was made correctly* for each of the 6. Each Margarita in the flight comes with a garnish, some edible and some not (like the cute lil lizard).
For food we ordered sharable appetizers. The portion size could stand to be a bit larger so get your own or order extra! We ordered the Breeze Cheese Puffs, they were nice and airy without being greasy (they are fried). The Firecracker shrimp – these badboys were quite tasty! Nice plump fresh shrimp, breaded, fried to perfection and topped with a drizzle of slightly spicy aioli. The third appetizer we ordered were the Beef Empanadas. These I did not care for too much. I could taste a hint of curry and I disliked it very much. The outside was beautifully crispy with a tender interior. The texture of the beef was nice it was mixed with fork-firm potatoes; however, the flavor was lost on me. Empanadas are served with a side of caribbean pineapple chutney.
A Jamaican themed restaurant with live music. The food is very good and has lots of variety on the menu. The drink menu is exceptionally good and has a lot of variety both for alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages there are also plenty of dessert and appetizers to choose from. The food is medium price range. The music is reggae themed and is live off and on. The view of the bay is very pretty and for the most part the servers are very attentive. Overall I would rate this is one of the better restaurants on the bay.
