Bartender does not know how to make a long island iced tea even on her second try with premium liquor. Worst dried out jerk wings ever. Not again.

Drinks hit the table after we finished with The yuca apetizer (great flavor by the way) server was okay, but they gave me my pasta and took 15 minutes for my husband to get his plate. I was trying to have a relaxing time with my hobby and finished so frustrated. Server only said I am sorry what else he can do, kitchen people did not get the plates together and on time.

It’s been AGES since I’ve been to a Bahama Breeze. I was wowed today by the service we received from Nicco and Nikki. We had a large group (which can often be distracting and “extra”) and they handled everything with ease! They were ON-POINT with all their recommendations and SO friendly and engaging. Food was fast and tasty! Go! Ask for Nicco or Nikki; they won’t disappoint!

We have never had even sub par service at this location. We just visited for my wife's birthday and the whole visit was 2 hours long. Horrible experience!

Great seleccion of cocktails and beers, the food is very good too, we try the chicken sandwich and a Jamaican platter, both excellent the service was very good, sitting fast and live music, great choice in the loop

Alright so we all know Darden works very hard at insuring uniformity. And om a busy day (which you find at this restaurant) that is very hard to do, but today that was not the case. I took my retired friend here who doesn't care for spice or cocunco but still wanted shrimp and our waiter and chrf were happy to oblige. As we head into all month of winter here head o er over on a cool night for a warm fire some island vibes and a fun cocktail/food menu

Very good experience! Atmosphere, food and Service was fantastic! We sat outside it was very enjoyable and the reggae music and steel drum wasn't so loud you couldn't talk. Over all Great dinning experience.

We went as part of a group of 34. Arrangements and reservations were made in advance. It may be a good restaurant for a family of 2 to 5, but the service was unacceptable as a group. There was confusion with the order, meal presentation and billing. It took 3 hours from start to finish. I am especially critical because I was one of the first to order, but the last one served. I had lost my interest and had them package mine to go.

I love this place the food here is delicious, place is roomy, clean, with that tropical vibe; but the service is not as good as the place. Update.the staff has improved, looks like they made some changes. I love the live music they play in the patio. Desserts are delicious and different from a lot of other restaurants. Prices are fair, plenty of parking, also they have themed drink months and you can get some delicious concoctions. Im just sad they discontinued one of my favortite appetizers: (
