Bahamas Paradise Cruise Lines, Riviera Beach FL

I took this short cruise to Freeport when it was the Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line and it was wonderful, so easy and simple, no fuss, all the food so good, so clean and it felt like a real cruise ship "The Love Boat" experience that I used to watch as a kid. Now there are all of these reports of food poisoning on this cruise. I wish that it had not changed to MargaritavilleAtSea. I imagine it's all Jimmy Buffett aged passengers as well. Real loss for Palm Beach County changing to MargaritavilleAtSea IMHO.

Second time, booked for the end of February. Just a fun couple of days. Good shows, casino good food, almost time to go again!

Wonderful 3 day 2 night gambling cruise from Palm Beach, FL to Freeport, Bahamas and return. Cruise master and all employees we met are always very cheerful and pleasant. We are multi time customers

Great cruise line for both the price point and crew interaction with passengers. Nice schedule and several events planned for three day, two night cruise.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible experience they are liars. I have legit sickness and couldn't get the covid vaccine to travel. I am all for vaccines but I developed an auto immune disorder that my immune system attacks my body so I was scared to get the vaccine. Long story short they told me to get a doctor's note which I did when I showed up to board. This is what they said word for word, "The cdc told us to put on our website that we accept doctor's notes for legality reasons but they told us still to reject them if they had them" I couldn't believe my ears. So yeah they are liars don't trust what they say and guess what they didn't refund me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The ship is pretty good, the food is pretty good however It could be much cleaner. The worst part was the crazy confusing exit off of the ship, took us 3 hours to disembark and finally go through customs. They do not know what they are doing!

I never went on a cruise because I'm afraid of being stuck at sea - I got a suite with a balcony and it was pretty good. My BFF says I am THE Princess and the Pea and I would say the restaurant dining and the suite was nice. I did party at the end, I went on the excursion and got a gulf cart and rode around the island meeting people and picking up random folks having fun from spot to spot. I basically did this by myself and LOVVVVED it. On the excursion I also went to a hotel with a nice pool and made 100 friends:) I didn't go to the general dining or general areas except for the pool area because, well, I'm the Princess and the Pea. But my bougie self had a great experience on-par with my high standards.

I urge everyone to never use this cruise line, I have been waiting on my refund for years now and every time I reach out to them they tell me it’s going to be sent out. They are truly unprofessional and do not care about their customers

I had a spectacular time, very good attention, delicious food, I also recommend it, it seemed very cheap.
