I don’t know if this a good thing spending extra time with patients but after making an appointment and arriving 30 minutes early and still waiting in the waiting room for over a hour and a half before being called then sitting in the exam room for another hour before seeing the Doctor for a 8 minutes exam…. Communication and respect for another person time should be considered as a part of their service…. Ijs

I am a returning patient of Dr. Bahri. 10 years age I broke my wrist and they were great with adding the titanium plate. Recently I dislocated my shoulder, I was referred directly to Dr. Bahri office. I am aware of the total process of being referred and or an authorization being sent over. However either way the receptionist (CARLA) that was assisting was completely rude. First she spent time wasting telling me what my primary doctor's office did in mistakes sending over the referral. Then she began to speak over me and insult my intelligence by reiterating my not knowing the process. A complete waste of time and words before getting the point. As if she had to make sure she insulted me before giving the correct information. This individual really needs a lesson on being combative with patients. Carla was very rude. I told Carla she was rude and she told me she wasn't going to schedule my appointment and I needed to find somewhere else to go.

The doctor was very helpful. He did take appropriate time in seeing me. Everyone was masked. The wait time was just under 2 hours. That was a shock to me. I am planning a follow up as the doctor and staff were very professional and polite. I tried booking a time that will hopefully be less wait time. And I will bring a book.

I won't be returning. It's one thing to be in severe pain for 10+ years and feel like you are in good hands and another entirely for the PA to laugh at you when you're trying to give a thorough medical background and relaying information you were given 36 years ago. I've never been treated so rudely by somebody that was supposed to help me out. Being told by the Dr my injuries aren't that bad and the way it feels are WAY different. Very unsatisfied with the treatment I received. Wouldn't be getting ANY stars but I had to give one in order to post.

I have no problems with the Dr or the lady's at the front desk. He was great he took X-rays of my son's hip and found an issues we never knew about, he ordered an MRI to confirm a finding he was concerned about, this was over 2 weeks ago whoever does the referrals they never processed it! They never did anything, the imaging place took care of it, this MRI has to go to another Dr for another health issue. I m actually very upset about this.

I would have given zero stars nobody lifts the calls whoever works for MRI approval status I have been calling from long time nobody calls me or let me know the proper status about MRI approval status.

I would like to thanks Carla for her effort with us, she helped us a lot, she is a wonderful person I have never seen in any clinic! I would like too to thanks Dr. George, he is a very professional doctor, he is so patient and he answered for all our questions. Very good team, Really recommend to anyone who has an orthopedic issue

Great experience each time. I barely wait to be helped when I check in. The staff and Dr. Bahri are all very friendly and helpful. I like how Dr. Bahri really takes his time to explain what's going on and recommends the best options in a caring manner. I have had great visits, and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease. I highly recommend this clinic.

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE! Save yourself a headache and look for another doctor. First of all this is the most unorganized office I’ve ever seen. They DO NOT answer calls or call you back. They will not send paperwork to your disability or primary physician. You have to literally go there and demand to speak to someone because you will not get anywhere on the phone and even going there doesn’t help.they are very rude as well. The entire time we had to deal with this office has been a nightmare. Starting with the surgery.they gave us the surgery date but not the time. Had to call them every day the week of the surgery and could not get the time until the night before the actual surgery! A person shouldn’t have to worry and wonder about the time of their surgery. Next the day of the surgery.first the nurse was trying to take blood pressure for 5 min with the blood pressure monitor off! Then they put the IV in the wrong arm (the operation arm). The worst part is that Bahri was getting ready to operate on the wrong shoulder! After the surgery he told 2 family members that he didn’t complete the surgery because of the excessive bleeding. During the follow up visit when he was asked about what his plan was on finishing the surgery he stated that he completed! With continued shoulder pain he ordered an injection MRI to only see if the anchors that he put in during surgery were still intact. Additional MRIs were ordered by my physician that showed 2 other tears still there that he did not fix. Currently trying to switch orthopedic surgeons but Bahri’s office will NOT send over the medical records and once again cannot get anyone to answer the phone, call back or fax the documents! So frustrating!

Everyone there is nice, they are very sure to explain there views on your issues, to help you understand what's going on. Very pleasant and thorough staff.

This was a very good experience for a first time orthopedic examination. Thank you very much for referring me to a pain management specialist via my primary doctor. It was my first time meeting Dr. Fady Bahri. Him and his staff were all very accommodating. They explained the result of the x-ray/scan and the next steps we need to take very clearly. They took the time to adjust the very tight cast that was originally done by the ER. We haven't done the surgery yet but in that visit, they certainly made me feel that I will be taken care of throughout the process.

Very efficient scheduling. The visit was seamless and went very smoothly at check in with all the front desk personnel. The attending xray tech, nurse and physician were exceptional.

Dr Bahri and his nurse were very helpful. He explained my condition and showed me the x-rays so I could see what he was talking about. I left the office knowing what I needed to do.

Very professional and I thought I was going to be there allllll day, but to my surprise the appointment went fast and he answered all my questions and listened to my concerns

A little longer than expected wait but I was just getting a shot. Staff are very friendly and Dr. George is very kind
