Great place to work out! A wide variety of machines to use and I love the sauna and other amenities for my membership. Glad to see other members clean the machines after usage.

Great place to workout, equipment is cleaned on a regular basis, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and affordable. I highly recommend this gym for all of your workout needs.

I didnt enroll but looked at how they structured their membership. Bunch of fees and they want your SSN. They should make it clear how much it costs.

No masks. For some reason you must wear a mask between the door and the gym floor. I wonder if science tells us that Covid 19 only spreads in the zone between the door, and the gate.and as if it couldn't get any worse, every cable news station they display in Fox. They at least had CNN on one for some time, but now it's gone.

I just joined this gym and was surprised at the array and amount of equipment. Sore, but happy. Clean, organized and I love the hydromassage bed and massage chairs. This place has an attended childrens center so I can take my grandson when I visit. 2021 here I come!

Our experience with the Personal training department so far has been great! The personal trainer that they assigned to my son (Scott) is very professional, informative, organized, and communicates all aspects of my sons training with me on a regular basis. I can see he wants my son to be successful with his training goals.

However, read your contract thoroughly before signing up as a member at this gym. They love extra fees and the management team are not all professional. The manager I dealt with over a rediculous fee tried to flip my issue around and make another sale through me.
I personally do not agree with the way this place does business for the most part. They are pretty greedy and will try to squeeze extra money out of your account because you technically signed for that.

Staff is friendly but be careful signing contracts. Upon my doctor's advise to avoid gym settings (including a doctors note) due covid19 and underlying medical conditions the gym will not cancel contract. They are asking for what I feel is HIPPA confidential medical information about my condition.

Just signed up for Bailey's and couldn't be happier. I just moved to Jacksonville and wasn't to wowed with my current gym membership. Bailey's is 24 hours, so there is no way it can't accommodate a busy schedule. Sign up was lightening fast and there are plenty of equipment/amenities to suit anyone's fitness regiment.

Requires a doctor note if you get injured and can't attend the gym anymore, otherwise they keep billing you. Pretty shady business practices

Love this location! All staff are nice and helpful. They are working very hard and always listen to your comments/concerns. Come here about 5 times per week and it’s always clean!

Meh. What shines in this club is the classes. Of course they cost more for those. They have a Good variety of classes. I think that the price is too high given that there is no pool, no jacuzzi and not even a sauna. But it has a LOT of targeted machines on the main circuit floor, there are plenty of ellipticals and treadmills so that you don't have to wait. Lots of good things, a few bad. Tanning beds cost extra but work well.

Best gym in Jacksonville. Every location has the basic machines, with a few unique ones that aren’t at every location. I love the Jax beach one because of how large it is. They expanded a few years ago and updated everything so it’s very well kept and clean. They have a few fitness rooms, child care, tanning rooms as well as massage rooms with the massage chairs. I go at night, the main gym is 24/7 access.

Wish there was a stretch room or larger space for stretching. Gym has plenty of equipment in spite of a few people who like to sit on the equipment looking at the phones for long periods of time. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Plenty of cardio, weights & circuit, always something open for whichever body area I am working! I also like the availability & variety of classes, and the tanning.

This gym has pretty much everything. Not too busy when I go. Staff is super nice. Cost not too bad either.

Good selections for cardio and weights on the weekends, a little too busy for options during the week. All of the elliptical machines on the first floor are in rough condition, the hand grips are peeling off. Very clean though, the dressing room is always immaculate.

Awful organization - Would love to give zero stars they don't care about the customer you move away and they won't accept a letter from your Head of HR saying you moved to a different state. Really curious as to when the last time was they cleaned the waterfoutnatin with black mold around it as well -

Love the 24 hour access! Also classes are a lot of fun to try. The downside is that it’s always busy when I go. But other than that! Love this gym!

I'd like give it zero stars, not for its cleanliness or that it's a bad gym. The over all service, especially the accounting department is a joke.
